Don't have any complaints. Always helpful, friendly, professional. Couple of emergencies were dealt with SO swiftly. It's the kind of service I need with my pet.

I've been taking my cat Liam to Medivet from past 1 year and I'm really happy with the care he receives. The team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about animals. I can't fault them. They managed to register and fit my cat in late on a Saturday afternoon before they went in to out of hours. The vet was wonderful and explained everything including payment and claims. Etta is now with them overnight after breaking a toe (of all things lol) and they have updated me as promised. I have been looking for a good vet since moving here not too long ago. We will be staying.

we've been to many vets in the past and Barton is by far the best. pedro and the nurses take lots of time and care of my 16yr old doggo to make sure she feels safe and never treats her as an object in a factory line. we will never go anywhere else - thank you!

I had to put my poor cat down here a few weeks ago. It was really traumatic and heartbreaking, but everyone here was so nice. I just wanted to say thank you so so much, for being so lovely and supportive. That was a really horrible day for me and you were all so nice. The two ladies (Sorry I don't remember any names from that day) who were in the room when it happened, were just so amazing. Also, Judith, who helped with the insurance claim. Both my pets (cat and a dog) go here, and is the only vets I've taken them to where they don't freak out, both are always very calm going and when in there. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I will be forever grateful to Martina and Melanie for saving my girl Coco (dog) who accidentally swallowed a rubber ball. I turned up at 11 am suspecting that my dog swallowed a ball, couple of hours later she had an x-Ray and emergency surgery. Martina was very caring and I gave me confidence that I’m leaving my dog in the right hands. Everyone at the surgery is very kind, knowledgeable and caring. My dogs are always happy to visit. Been using Park Vets for 15 years, they are amazing and offer a first class service! Always get an appointment within a few hours, the reception ladies are always so kind and welcoming, the vets are spot on and always so good with my frightened dog. This photo was taken two hours after having 5 teeth remove - her recovery was unbelievable x

Very caring and knowledgeable. Our dog always enjoys coming here and we find the care excellent. The vets listen to our concerns, they give us time and are kind to the animals they obviously care greatly.

A reallyovely practice with warm and friendly staff, open on a Saturday and if you need them on a Sunday you can go to another branch, I have only had the best experiences at this vet's practice.

The team at Blythwood took outstanding care over my rat Stefan. Even after Stefans passing they remind me how much they care. Amazing vets. I have been a client of this practice for the past 28 years. A lot has changed in that time, but not the level of service, the expertise and the friendly reception staff. One thing you could improve: do NOT ask me to call back at 8 am tomorrow for an appointment! I am not phoning my GP practice – other vets are available.

This was my first time coming with my cats & they were seen by Georgia, she took such good care of them and made them feel comfortable even though it was their first time ever in a vet! she also answered all of my concerns and reassured me throughout even though i was anxious for them :) It was a quick and easy appointment for their vaccines and check up and it was all thanks to Georgia! You can clearly tell she really cares about all the animals she meets so if you come to medivet, i do recommend her wholeheartedly! I also would thank the reception team for being so kind and helpful :)

I had an amazing experience at pets at home Watford, I went to get my golden retrievers nails cut, Shar in particular is amazing at her job, she made my dog feel very comfortable , is so professional , efficient and friendly and is honestly outstanding at what she does, she is covered in scratches from all the grooming and nails from the dogs but she’s still smiling and loves her job, she is truly an asset to pets at home and would like to extend a big thank you to her

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Pets at Home! The staff is consistently helpful, and the manager, in particular, is brilliant. She goes above and beyond to assist customers and their pets. My dog absolutely loves going to Pets at Home. Every visit is a treat for him. I had a very pleasant experience. My husband and I were welcomed warmly when we arrived. The ladies at the front were so friendly. I watched them interact with other pets, in the same warm way. The vet was super nice and explained everything to me. I've had vets in the past that gave off a 'I am only doing this for money,' vibe. And I didn't get that here. I feel like my animals are in the best hands. Happy to be a customer.

Our dog received a thorough examination. He had to be kept in for a scan and when we collected him he was calm and very happy with the staff. Medication has worked. Would not hesitate to reccomend this practice.
