My cat sees vet nurse Olivia every month for injections. Olivia is lovely and friendly, always on time and is very good with my 16 year old cat. You couldn’t ask more from the team at Medivet. Ana is fantastic

the vet and the entire team are some of the most genuine, kind-hearted, and dedicated people I’ve ever met. Their love for animals truly shines through in everything they do. They’ve gone above and beyond for my cat, showing incredible care, patience, and professionalism every step of the way. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for them, they genuinely care about the well-being of every animal that comes through their door. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cat’s care. The level of compassion and commitment they show is truly rare, and I’m so grateful to have found such an outstanding team.

The vet is phenomenal, such caring, wonderful, heart-based woman, probably the best vet in England, the nurses were also so kind and polite, i absolutely love that!..but not gonna lie the prices are extremely high. I dont work currently so my mother paid for the bill, i felt bad for her as it wasnt nice of me to ask that and she isnt a rich woman too, and i will eventually have to pay back but with such high prices it will take me some time. Other than that it is definitely the best clinic, a bit small, but what is important for me is the people (vets, nurses) - to be kind, loving and caring and that clinic has that, no point to have huge, modern clinic with bad staff. So yes i would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family, but will let them know about the prices too. Please reduce them. I would love to be regular at your clinic! Thank you ;)

Could not recommend this veterinary surgery highly enough. They’ve always been kind and caring looking after my much loved cat over the years. When he was sick they really pulled out all the stops to give him the best treatment and care. Today sadly at 17 years old, he had to be put to sleep and again the team at Animalism were fantastic not just with my pet but with his blubbering mum! If you have a much loved pet I’d encourage you to use Animalism. Special thanks to Claire xx

Took our 1 year old cat Newt here for his vaccines. The vet who did them was so lovely and friendly and really good with him (he is a nervous one!). Easy to book over the phone. This is my first experience of the vets as a new pet owner but was really easy and they were so good with him (and me)! Lovely staff and was seen for both our appointments promptly.

Been with Medivet Pinner since we got our dog 4 and a bit years ago - service has always been fantastic, with vets who take great care of the animals and a good appointment booking and prescription ordering/pickup system. Not had any issues with being able to get an appointment, and being in the middle of a cancer removal and investigation through them at the moment, they’ve been wonderfully supportive and prompt to get our girl booked in so that the tumour was removed the day after they received pathology results saying it was cancerous. Would thoroughly recommend the practise!

We’ve been with our local Medivet for 5 years and they have been brilliant with the care of our 5 year old spaniel. The vets and staff have always been really kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Our spaniel can be nervous at appointments but they always handle him with patience and care. Of course, the cuddles and treats are a bonus!

We’ve been taking our cat Tyson to Medivet Pinner, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and patience the team has shown. Tyson is not the easiest cat to handle—he’s strong-willed, very sensitive to being touched, and has made past vet visits quite stressful. However, the staff at Medivet Pinner took the time to understand his temperament and handled him with calm confidence and real compassion. From the reception team to the vets and nurses, everyone was professional, gentle, and reassuring—not just with Tyson, but with us as well. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently to minimize his stress, and made the whole experience much smoother than we expected. Friendly reception staff and knowledgable vets. I like they do welfare checks and you can arrange to talk to a nurse or vet without an appointment which has been great. Plenty of free parking in leavesden although it can be busy at times.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. I can’t begin to explain the support and help they have given us with our new puppy. He has needed the vet a few times and everyone has been amazing. Not only have they seen him in the vets but I’ve had calls and messages checking up on him. Everyone there really does go above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough! 🤩🤩🤩

My little rescue Connie ( cat ) had most of her tail amputated on Monday after becoming trapped in a window 😢 I was so stressed and tearful on arrival, the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and kind, the vet had her straight into theatre and did wonders with her . Despite loathing the cone she is recovering well, this is the second visit after a bite on the paw last year where upon I received sterling treatment. Marvellous surgery 10 stars 🙏🙏

I travelled 74 miles to visit this place yesterday on a recommendation Absolutely worth every mile From start to finish, the staff was polite and courteous David, Unlike most vets Came across more concerned for the animal rather than for his pocket I have been given a quotation to repair my little dog Pepe who had broken his elbow in his front leg After David did his x-rays he gave me a call and explained to me that it could possibly do my pups some more damage because of the type of fracture it was if they tried to repair it Most vets, Who we must agree on white collar Robbers, Would have just gone ahead for the sake of the extra money, but David didnt Do this which shows to me he is more for the concern of the animal than what he is for his pocket After I collected young Pepe, he explained to me step-by-step what I should be doing to get Pepe on the road to Recovery Not only did he explain it to me he sent it to me in an idiot proof email, Taking the time to make sure that the customer is happy and had full knowledge of what to do and expect Next The receptionists were also very polite, courteous and the surgery itself was very spotless and modern I could not Recommend these people enough Thank you, team you are above and beyond

We recently joined Battlers Green Vets and are so pleased that we did! Unexpectedly, our dog Misty had an issue and had to take her out of hours to their associated hospital. Before I even had a chance to phone them in the morning to discuss, they already knew about it, contacted me and assisted with invaluable advice. Such a superb service from a warm and friendly team and can't recommend highly enough!

I could not recommend Dr Karen at Halian Vets enough. She’s thorough, informative and patient and clearly loves her animals. She’s a real credit to Halian!

My boy Joe has passed today at the age of 17 he has had an amazing life with out the amazing staff and vets at Halian I believe this would not have been made possible to be the best family member anyone could want !!!! Mel and the nurses are fantastic..My ex feral cat has been very well looked after since his adoption thanks in great part to this veterinary surgery. He's been coming here for over 7 years for his checkups and occasional health issues. Judging by what I have seen with my cat, who still is shy, shy cats will benefit from Mel's calm and kind soft spoken manner.

We have been using Mel, Karen and all the other wonderful vets and nurses at Halian for about 14 years now with both our cat Lucky and latterly dog, Poppy. They are all super friendly, caring and knowledgable, always having the best interests of pets first. We can’t recommend them highly enough. P&C.

Lovely & compassionate staff. We had to use them recently for our bulldog who’s experiencing some eye problems. The service we received here was amazing and you can tell how much they care for your animal. Special thanks to Gillian for talking us through all options and reassuring us on our efforts to help treat our girl.

Fantastic vets and nurses. Our beloved Labrador received excellent care when she suffered a spinal injury recently. She is doing very well thanks to their prompt care and referral to a specialist vet. They are all friendly and provide top quality care. 100% recommend.

My precious Tyger was referred to Davies as there was a problem with one of his eyes and our own Vet had said the eye would probably be have to be removed 😞 We were treated with empathy and the staff were so caring and treated Tyger with such care and concern.The process for Tyger was explained from start to finish and concern was shown to myself too. Tyger had surgery and is now at home making a good recovery my heart felt thanks to all at Davies for the caring treatment of Tyger 😻

Excellent specialist centre with professional specialists. Detailed diagnosis given along with kindness and care to my pet Florence who is a very anxious little dog. Julian was very thorough, explained the procedure and diagnosis in detail, has followed up with us since leaving with advice and blood results. Highly recommend for complex animal health issues and specialised care.

Genuinely blown away but this outstanding facility and all the lovely happy staff that work here. Our sausage was admitted for investigative work today and the love and support received for her was amazing. Our vet Sophie was remarkable. So kind and caring but clearly very knowledgeable and excellent at her job and able to relay information in a really understandable way. For the first time ever I had no problem leaving my little sausage as I knew in my heart she was going to be so loved and looked after and she definitely was. She’s a very anxious soul and she was unusually happy at this vets and not obviously shaking and anxious like she usually would be. The reception team were also fantastic and incredibly friendly. Will definitely be recommending to everyone!
