I had a very pleasant experience. My husband and I were welcomed warmly when we arrived. The ladies at the front were so friendly. I watched them interact with other pets, in the same warm way. The vet was super nice and explained everything to me. I've had vets in the past that gave off a 'I am only doing this for money,' vibe. And I didn't get that here. I feel like my animals are in the best hands. Happy to be a customer.
Our dog received a thorough examination. He had to be kept in for a scan and when we collected him he was calm and very happy with the staff. Medication has worked. Would not hesitate to reccomend this practice.
We saw Dr Annika Junghans at the Bushey surgery, with our cat Reebs, her empathy and kindness to Reebs and us as a family was very much appreciated, would highly recommend. Many thanks
