Love this vets, the receptionists are great and the vet was so helpful. Went in to disuss my dog's stomach troubles, we worked on a plan that wouldn't be too expensive for me and my dog got anti-inflammatory meds that helped her enormously. She's now right as rain!

Absolutely outstanding practice. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind with humans as well as the animals! It’s a brand new location and is so bright, spacious and easy to get to. I’ve found it hard to find a local vet that’s good with cats as most of my local veterinary practices are Goddards and I had the absolute worst experiences with them so am more than happy to travel a bit further to go to The Pet Vet! Couldn’t recommend them more for how lovely they’ve been with my kitten, Pearl, from the nurses, students, vets and front of house team. All vets practices should be like this ♥️

Our lovely Holly was very scared of the men and vets but she was always treated with love, care and patience. The time spent with us supporting her with her medical condition that we had no knowledge about was so appreciated. She had 4 lovely years with us, supported by you. At the end you offered us reassurance that we were making the right decision for our lovely Holly. On those last appointments we were shown genuine care and love and Holly was treated with so much dignity she was always the most important thing. We hope to see you all again one day. X

Been going to the vet now pet vet Waltham Forest for a long time. They were marvelous with our previous old English Sam who we lost in December 2023. and now can't fault them with the new edition Miley. Alba and Sharon especially and the whole team are very supportive and helpful in what has been a stressful time with our rescue dog. Can't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend.

I write this review with a heavy heart. Today i had to do something that i have never in my 23 years of life had to do. I had to put my beloved kitten of 7 weeks to sleep due to her low chances of survival because of a heart condition due to a birth defect. Today was emotionally and physically a very stressful and scary day having told that the kitten may have to be put to sleep. The staff members in this vet are AMAZING and COMPASSIONATE people who have helped me through this today. The moment i stepped in to see the kitten for the last moments we were taken into a grief room to spend our last moments and we had the chance to ask anything to the lovely lady. They really all know how to do their job properly and i really highly respect them because it is not an easy job! They know how to care for pets compared to other experiences i have had at other vets. They always follow the standards of pet care values and i will forever admire them for that. Thank you for your amazing care and i wish nothing but wellness and happiness for you all. 🤍🥰
