Visited today to discuss dog food so many on the market I wanted to get some advise,I asked at the till for some help and was asked to head to the food section and a colleague would come and speak with me ,he was already waiting his name was Ryan H as there is 2 Ryan's that work there he was very polite and full of information explained and advised on the best food for my dog and took his time to give me all the info I needed to make the best choice even carried it to the till for me and offered to take it to my car, well done Ryan a credit to the store.

Fantastic store and staff. They're knowledgeable and friendly - nothing is ever too much trouble. We can also thoroughly recommend their puppy socialisation classes - a lot of fun for new puppies.

I had a wonderful experience buying a full fish tank/aquascaping set up. I had great assistance from Sandy who really knew his stuff and I also heard him giving great fish keeping advice to another couple getting a tank for their son.
