We live in Durham and had to visit the practice with our dog Archie while away on holiday. Everyone I spoke to from the receptionist who answered the phone, the nurse I spoke to on the phone and the vet were brilliant. They were helpful, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Booked for my dog to have a laparoscopic spay as it isn’t offered by my registered vet. The pre-procedure, procedure and post procedure were all excellent. Totally unrelated to the spay my dog was unwell just before one of the post procedure follow ups, the team at Oakham Veterinary Hospital were faultless in their assistance and treatment.
