Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

We use Ashleigh Vets for our two guinea pigs. After finding out both had ovarian cysts, Elisa suggested a spay. I was really reluctant, but Elisa (Gonzales) was fantastic in allaying my fears. I am pleased to report the two guinea pigs have recovered beautifully, despite some initial complications. Thank you so much for your care and compassion.

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

Very happy with the service my cats receive here! I've been visiting the clinic for five years and the staff are wonderful. Whenever my cats have been unwell I have always been able to get them the treatment they need quickly and I'm always informed of further tests/treatments that can be done if things don't improve. I get the impression that they care very much about the pets they treat and that they will try everything to get the best outcome. I feel reassured trusting them with my cats health as they have a great understanding of how to properly care for exotic/persian cats. Thank you so much for all of your hard work :)

My first cat had to be taken here. Cj when I went into hospital... Am not able to look after her am so sorry. Thay are putting her up for adoption, I could of got her back but am not able to look after cj. She can play out 🐱😁 when she gets a new home and thay have given her her first needles. Thank you.

Amazing work these people do. I would have been lost without the rspca at times!! Being a person who has rescue dogs it's nice to know there's somewhere to take my dogs that have been given that second chance to somewhere that offers the support and medical attention they need at a very affordable price 😀 great work people and a massive thank you from me and my pooches xx 😊

We’ve been regular visitors with our dogs Bobby and Muimui to Companion Care at Regent Retail Park in the last 14 months. We’re grateful for the good quality services, love and care provided by this lovely Vet clinic. We’d like to thank both the vets and reception staff working here, who are always friendly, patient, helpful and professional. Honestly, they’ve never given us any bad feeling so far.

There can be 'NO' doubt that this is the best vets in the world. The way that the entire team help and assist you, is nothing short of professional and personal. We sadly had to let one of our dogs pass last week and today we received a card through the post from them, expressing their condolences, also containing a lovely poem. Absolutely amazing service. When I called to explain how poorly our little Harry was the young lady fitted me in in-between appointments. Martin the Vet was superb, he explained in great detail what the situation was and was very real, his advice and treatment SAVED OUR HARRY’S LIFE, we will be forever grateful for your time, advice, treatment and understanding, you helped us make the right decision, i can’t thank you enough. Within an hour Harry was fighting fit, 24 hours later he is back to his normal self. Bonny even took time out the next day to call and make sure everything was ok, excellent service all round from start to finish. We have been with Mount Rd Vets for years and would highly recommend. Called into the vets with my dog very worried I was welcomed with a smile. Didnt wait long and was brought through by the vet who straight away made me feel at ease and loose my fear. She handled my baby with care and treated her and fingers crossed it’s like a miracle has happened. Thank you so much highly recommend fantastic vets.

I got charged £85 for ear drops and 11 tablets I found the ear drops on Amozon for £16 and the tablets on vets 24/7 for £10.56 with a prescription from the vet talk about being ripped of 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I’ve been with Regans Vets for 15yrs and found everyone of the vets caring and professional but most importantly very engaging with pets and owners. Everyone complains about vet fees but when you think about years of training and dedication in the field of vets and animal health it’s understandable but you do have options to use other vets and go online with prescriptions. I owe my vets especially Chelsea and Dermot from the Avenue vets for there care and compassion my pets and ourself have received. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Our beautiful 10 year old german shepherd passed away Monday night. She had been under the care of here since being a puppy. In 2018 we found out she had a condition that would be life long. We were supported the whole way through this. She was an anxious dog that had nervous aggression and the vets were always accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure we could do what was best for our dog. Special mention to Dermot for all his help over the years and to Chelsea who was involved in the last months of tess’s life. You treated her with such compassion and always put her well being first. We received a card this afternoon from Chelsea and the team who sent their condolences. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. This is really hard for us. She meant everything to us but I can say I know she got the best care and her well being was always top priority. Love Becky and lee faulkner

I am so pleased with every part of service and care from Yew Tree Vets. Having only ever been in and out for immunisations in the past, i have just endured frequent visits over the past 9 weeks receiving treatment for an ocular tear with my dog Louie. Me and louie received excellent care and advice. They were also lenient and supportive when i was worried about deterioration finding me a same day appointment and were very empathetic. my cat passed away and was brought to pet medics by a member of the public, when i arrived to see if it was my cat all the staff were lovely, kind, and considerate. they took the time to make sure it was my cat, and talked me through different options i had with what i wanted to do next with him, at no point did i feel unsure about what i had to do, and every member of staff was really kind to him and looked after him as if he was one of their own cats. they gave me as much time as i needed with him in their farewell room and didn’t pressure me to leave and let me have as much time as possible. A few days later they sent me a condolence card with my cats paw prints inside which i appreciate so much. also saw members of staff interacting with other customers and answering any questions they had regarding their own pets, the place had a nice atmosphere and didn’t feel like some other vets do. thank you again to all the staff at pet medics.

Our gorgeous girl Pacha was horrendously attacked by another dog last Sunday and was at pet medics for 4 nights - which included a operation and 24 hour care , I cannot thank pet medics enough and I am so happy we went here as I had constant reassurance, the clinic was very clean, the staff loved her and everyone was so informative to all the questions I had. Special thankyou to Ruth & Ben the brilliant vets, Chloe on reception who I spoke to most of the time and always reassured me & Andrew most of all who made me feel so at ease and performed her surgery! I am so great full for you all, Jenna, Jack & baby Pacha 💗

PetMedics have been amazing ever since our cat had been referred for her skin issues and allergies. The staff are so lovely and really do care. Pixie is now on allergy medication but is still under review for steroids but her skin and her quality of life has improved so much already and we have her lovely vet Silvana to thank for this.🩷 You are amazing thanks for all your hard work x

My sausage dog has been here twice, once with a sprained paw & sadly being run over on Christmas Day night. When we arrived on Christmas Day night, we ran in with our dog & the vet seen him straight away. Couldn’t of asked for a nicer vet & the reception staff. The reception staff were amazing and made us feel so much better. One reception lady even got the first aid kit to help my brother with his cut hands after the accident. Thanks to Pet Medics my dog was fine and sent him home with medication which he is now better. Thank you for amazing service from the vet & lovely reception lady’s on Christmas Day Night 💕 it was the last thing we expected but they made us feel so much better. 🙏✨
