Can not fault Medivet, Laura in particular. She’s been absolutely fantastic and thorougher when my dogs have attended. Laura listened to what I had to say and voice my concerns. Things are still ongoing but I’m pleased with how well my dogs have been treated.
Update: One of my dogs was referred to SCVS. Medivet and SCVS have been fabulous throughout. My dog now has a diagnosis. There isn’t a cure but there are different treatment options. Thank you.

I first joined two years ago after a recommendation of a friend. My new cat Rollo had suffered with diarrhoea for a month after I first picked him up and my previous vet could not diagnose the cause or help him, I was desperate to help him and would have done anything. On my first visit with a very sick kitten the lady I saw took 45 minutes with him, immediately suspected he was allergic to chicken. She offered to do further tests but stated her thoughts. It was delivered in a very professional and trustworthy manner and I imminently accepted it despite never hearing of a cat suffering from this before. Admittedly, I later googled it out of sheer fascination of such a strange allergy for a cat and it’s quite common. She suggested a shot to settle his belly and that was it. Two years later I have a healthy and very large cat, albeit not being allowed chicken which is a challenge, and gave just moved my other rescue cat Smudge to them too. I can’t say enough to praise all the staff I have seen over the last two years, appointments are always on time, I get reminders, the ladies in reception are amazing and always make you feel welcome. I would not move for anything and want to say thank you to everyone for making what is often seen as a formality or medical task into such a fantastic experience.

we wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else. Graham is an amazing vet who always takes the time to get to know our dogs and make them comfortable. even the other vets we have seen there have all always been brilliant. Graham provided consistent amazing care for our senior dog right up until his last moments in their lovely back garden space. We cannot thank him and the team enough for all they did for our Buddy. Buddy hated going to the vets most of his life until we change to this practice, just wish we had found them sooner! They now see our puppy Ted and we won’t go anywhere else. By far the best Vet practice we ever experienced. Thank You!

So glad I moved to here from springcorner . Totally different experience. Very friendly reception staff. Lovely vet who was very thorough and chatty . Not rushed. Treated as an individual not a number. Dogs were spoiled too.
