Whilst on holiday in the area our two dogs managed to acquire a tick each . I called the Fernhill clinic and was seen almost within the hour both times i called. I couldnt be more appreciative of the practice. First class service first class people. Thank you all .

Went in today with my beloved doggy; Roanne couldn't have been kinder, more attentive and thorough. So grateful we have Janine and Roanne on our doorstep - they are both wonderful vets, highly skilled and empathic. I normally hate leaving my doggies at the vets but when the other one was ill last year I was relieved to have Janine there to support us and feel 100% confident leaving my dogs at this practice. Can't recommend them enough!

Excellent vets. Can't fault them. I used them as a second opinion as my existing vet couldn't see what was wrong with my cat who wasn't eating. They immediately found the problem and operated on his infected gums and removed the infected teeth that day and effectively saved his life. We also used them on our dog for an endoscopic spay operation. Our dog was up and about that afternoon! It was fantastic. I definitely feel our pets are in good hands when they go to Longmead. Thank you.

First Time of attending Longmead Vets at Wincanton with Buddy our Collie and guess what we were late, due to all-sorts of traffic problems!! We rang their reception to tell of our woes and were greeted with a really friendly can do attitude from the receptionist who assured us that our appointment was not lost. On arrival at this modern spacious clinic our Vet was so nice , she did not rush us and was helpful in answering all our questions fully. What a great experience! We fully commend Longmead Vets Wincanton for their excellent customer service. Our custom will be ongoing from now on. Wally & Jackie Drain

Taking a pet to the Vets is sometimes a worrying time, however, the staff are all so kind and helpful. They put you at ease and you feel in safe hands. Very professional, and good service. I would recommend them.

The vets are incredibly knowledgeable, are so caring towards my dog & made him feel at ease. Nursing team are very sweet & friendly as is the reception team. My dog is a rescue & I have only had him 2 months. They got his shots & wellness done & gave me loads of advice. Edit: I have now been with them for 3 years & the doctor saved my dog's spine. She gave us a treatment we followed to the letter & he is back to prancing around & playing more enthusiastically. The Pet Scheme we paid monthly has saved us a fortune but does not replace Pet Insurance. With both, we were able to afford all the treatments for his spine.

Can't fault my little shiht zu was brought in to be spayed they found a hernia whilst operating dealt with everything. Great vet and brilliant after care from the nurses. Thank you.

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available 😋

The best most well equipped lovely caring veterinarians I have ever known . Will always be grateful to Vinci and Henry . I can’t thank you guys enough for what you did for our Minnie and for Tobi and his team Minnie had to have heart surgery as she had a heart murmur at grade 6 and with her being such a tiny puppy we thout we were going to lose her but luckily the surgery worked and she now a normal puppy these guys really were amazing thankyou for all did for us and Minnie

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Since I first enlisted the care and attention this veterinary process gives is phenomenal. They took fantastic care of my mums dog and handled her with care and sensitivity. Unfortunately, my mums dog Roma had to be laid to rest and The Kingston Veterinary helped her to rest. After a couple of weeks they even sent my mum a sympathy card and some plant seeds so that roma could live on through the life of the earth and have a beautiful remembrance. Exceptional Veterinary Practice. Although I have been a client for many years, my dog Jack seldom needs care. Recently however he was suffering a gland problem.. Jack is an imported rescue and the BVA recommend a safeguarding procedure (blood test) prior to any surgery in such cases due to possible Brucellosis infection. I was uncertain of the benefits, but was able to have a practical and sensible discussion with Giles, beforehand Jack had the procedure under sedation & Giles whipped out a loose back tooth too. Jack is not insured, but I was given an estimate of cost at our initial consultation which matched our final invoice. Thank you Giles, it seems to have done the trick and Jack has forgiven you (almost!)

These vets are the best I have used. All of the vets and staff are so friendly, caring and compassionate. We recently had to have our handsome boy put to sleep our dog and ourselves could not have been in better hands. A big thank you to all of you for everything.

We had to use Bredy Vet Centre in an emergency whilst on holiday is dorset for our dog Poppy. Poppy needed xrays for an injury, the vet and nurse were fantastic, very welcoming and understanding. They explained everything to us from start to finish and looked after Poppy for the day. Also the receptionists were friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this veterinary Practice.

Great vet's have helped us through a number of events during the past ten years. Through sad event's to more happy memories, all the staff are experienced and caring. They helped us to get a great quality of life for our beloved cavalier to treating our present dog's through puppy hood and birth of a litter of wonderful pup's.

So far I love it - been twice and has been 10 times more professional, friendly, reasonable and pleasant than our previous vet (Medivet). Would highly recommend Bredy!

We had to visit Bredy Vets with our poorly cocker spanial whilst on holiday. I have to say the service we received from start to finish was fantastic. From the initial call from the reception team the nurse and Jon the vet he explained everything fully and in simple terms. Ordered in special food and went above and beyond.
