My home buyers solicitor wanted an inspection of the roof. I tried 2 other roofers they promised they would come for 2 weeks and failed to turn up. My buyers were getting distressed at the lack of results my daughter noticed Purple Roofing and I rang. The service was professional, Mat came on The same day when I explained it was holding up the sale of my home. He came and said the roof was absolutely fine so just paid for the report which was produced for the solicitor the following morning. His mantra was if it’s not broken don’t fix it. Matthew came out to do a survey on our roof following numerous leaks in the upstairs of our property. We quickly received a full report with photographs and decided to have a full new roof installation. We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out, Matthew and all his team are true professionals that really care about their customers.We were kept fully informed throughout the project, what more can you ask for. Our property was left clean and tidy on completion, a window cleaner was even sent to clean all the PVC. I would highly recommend this company.
