Fantastic company. I bought a house and the garage needed a total reroof. I got 4 companies round to quote for the work. Liam attended my property the day after I contacted him and got his quote across very promptly after that. The quote was considerably the cheapest quote. After accepting his quote, Liam thoroughly ran through the technical aspect of the job and the time frame involved on the project. Total Flat Roofing then turned up on the agreed date, completed the job within the time frame suggested and the installers were very considerate and polite to my wife who was at the property all the time whilst they were working. After completion, Liam then sent me across the guarantee as promised. The guys at primeline roofing have been nothing short of amazing. Came out and gave us a quote and were really helpful and nice as first time buyers. Then coming and doing the work they were speedy, very friendly and kept us up to date with all of the work. They've even given us some tips on some other bits of work we are looking to do. I’ve only got good things to say about Primeline and the team. From day one of getting the quote, Michael was open and honest & with good communication throughout. The turnaround time between initial contact and the works being done was quick. We had a roof De-Moss, acid wash, guttering cleaning/rebuild and a fix for the garage roof. I’ve attached the below pictures as a reference point of just how well the roof has come up in comparison to the neighbours property. Roof looks brand new, works were quick and tidy and the team even jet washed the back patios down leaving them looking brand new

I had my old gutters replaced with new ones and hedgehogs installed on the 25/11/24. The builders were local lads with a lot of experience. They were efficent arrived on time when they said they would. They were friendly and reliable. As a serving police officer I highly recommend Micheal and his team. I know it's important to highlight good local business that do a fantastic job.

We had a new driveway installed, two brick walls replaced, land at rear of property transformed from wild to a lovely lawn, as well as gutter and sofet cleaning. The team were extremely professional throughout, keeping us informed with progress daily. The work crew worked hard and were early starters, remaining friendly and efficient throughout the project. The area of the property was always left tidy and safe particularly if they had to use the surrounding public path for any reason, never any concerns there and other members of the team regularly called to verify we were happy with the state of things etc. They aren’t shy of little extra bits to polish a job off either, going around the property touching up pointing and so forth to making sure they left the job in a great state. Definitely recommended.

Great communication Professional throughout Easy recommendation

Jamie and Lee replaced our old flat roof. I'm very happy with the result. They kept to the times arranged and also kept us updated of the progress of the work as it is quite a big roof. It took them 3 days to finish the job and we also had our gutters and fascias cleaned which I wasn't expecting. Left the place spotless clean. I can definitely recommend them 🙂

Jamie turned up very quickly and gave me a price that I liked. I was (previously) very cautious of building contractors generally but Jamie put me at ease with his terrific inter-personal skills. He and his team rapidly completed all of the tasks - himself putting in a ‘Herculean’ effort. Jamie followed-up a couple of days’ bad weather later going above-and-beyond to guarantee the integrity of his work. It feels good to now have a ‘go-to’ roofer. Thanks Jamie🙂.

Excellent service and brilliant workmanship, so professional. Jamie was friendly and so nice to talk to. English is not my first language but he patiently listened to me and gave me step by step explanations. What a relief. Jamie and his team sorted out my overgrown ivy, mended leak, and installed new soffit, fascia, gutter and leadwork. Beautifully done. After work, they even wiped my entrance door and garage door. We hired Jamie and his team through a recommendation of a friend after we had a very unfortunate turn of events with some previous builders who had been contracted to construct our loft conversion. Jamie's team took on the removal of two stud walls, the installation of a 3 meter high joinery-built staircase over a 10 meter deep gap, and the installation of a large MK04 Velux window in the roof. Over the few days of completing the job we found that there was a roof leak from where the previous builder's roofers had not sealed off the removed chimney flue, and Jamie's team quickly agreed to get up on the roof, patch it, and inspect and put right any defects. They were fast, accurate, professional, and happy to take on previous work and correct it - and all for a fair and competitive price. Would i hire Kent Roofing services again? Yes. Would i only hire them to finish roof services? No - the company has proven that it can do so much more than roofing services to a high standard, and so i would happily hire them for any other internal work. Above all of this, Jamie and his team have proven themselves to be trustworthy, good around working in sites where there are young children, fair and reasonable on pricing, and invested in ensuring that he can help his clients get a good and regs-compliant finish. They also worked well with the other trades that we had in, and in particular in going through some site specs with our other carpenter (who had been installing joists and secondary finishes) and project manager). We would definitely work with them again.
