Great professional service. They cleared all the moss and random plants that were growing on my roof and in the guttering. They also fixed a couple of guttering issues I have had for years. Did a good clean up job when they finished too, which was very welcome. Very friendly, very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend.

MAT came to look at the work, offered some good advice on what needed doing and submitted a competitive price. They also undertook to investigate some original errors in 1960s construction which have been a problem throughout the building's life. They arrived and programme and despite horrible weather, worked around the rainy days finishing in around a week. What more could you ask?

He is also aware of making things as easy as possible for the client; so in planning the scaffolding he ensured I (and neighbours) still had access to our shared driveway. Hayley in the office was also great, with good communication and fast responses to questions. A*** would highly recommend.

Following the recent bad weather, I lost a tile from my roof. I contacted Michael at Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd, who came the next day to assess the damage and provide a fair price quote provided a quote to replace all my cemented ridge tiles with a mechanical fixed ridge tiles. Due to a cancelled job, Michael was able to undertake the work within a couple of Days. The Team on site were very professional, did a fantastic job, removed all the debris and left everything clean and Tidy. Would highly recommend Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd.

I had my old gutters replaced with new ones and hedgehogs installed on the 25/11/24. The builders were local lads with a lot of experience. They were efficent arrived on time when they said they would. They were friendly and reliable. As a serving police officer I highly recommend Micheal and his team. I know it's important to highlight good local business that do a fantastic job.

We had a new driveway installed, two brick walls replaced, land at rear of property transformed from wild to a lovely lawn, as well as gutter and sofet cleaning. The team were extremely professional throughout, keeping us informed with progress daily. The work crew worked hard and were early starters, remaining friendly and efficient throughout the project. The area of the property was always left tidy and safe particularly if they had to use the surrounding public path for any reason, never any concerns there and other members of the team regularly called to verify we were happy with the state of things etc. They aren’t shy of little extra bits to polish a job off either, going around the property touching up pointing and so forth to making sure they left the job in a great state. Definitely recommended.

The guys at primeline roofing have been nothing short of amazing. Came out and gave us a quote and were really helpful and nice as first time buyers. Then coming and doing the work they were speedy, very friendly and kept us up to date with all of the work. They've even given us some tips on some other bits of work we are looking to do. Fantastic company. I bought a house and the garage needed a total reroof. I got 4 companies round to quote for the work. Liam attended my property the day after I contacted him and got his quote across very promptly after that. The quote was considerably the cheapest quote. After accepting his quote, Liam thoroughly ran through the technical aspect of the job and the time frame involved on the project.
