We had new facias and sofits and some remedial roof works done and the results are excellent. Our property looks like new and we are very pleased. The guys doing the work took pride in their work and were very efficient, friendly and always left our premises tidy when they had finished for the day. Patrick, the owner, was very friendly and professional and explained what needed to be done and the work was carried out to the timescales agreed. I would thoroughly recommend Arkiton as a professional and trustworthy company and they were a pleasure to do business with.

Patrick came to assess our property and through his expertise and guidance we completely overhauled the house's roof. The team were hard working, kind, professional and highly skilled. We could not have had a better team on the job. Even his scaffold team were fantastic people, and I appreciated their hard work and kindness. Patrick regularly came to assess progress and ensure his high standards were applied and maintained. The job is superb, and has kept recent storms at bay. I highly recommend that you contact Arkiton if you require roofing work carried out. Others may be cheaper or more expensive, but I very much doubt anyone will be better. The guys did a amazing flat roof for me honestly couldn’t believe the speed and quality of the work carried out by the guys and on top of that when it came to the end of the job I was told it came in cheaper than expected so the bill was £200 cheaper than they quoted what honest behaviour which is hard to come across in my experience

They responded to my search for a roofer within a couple of hours and after my acceptance of their quote they started work next day and have now completed the task within 12 days cleaned up and left everything tidy. One of the properties we manage had a roof leak we subcontracted South East Roof Repairs LTD to come and inspect the roof. Michael arrived with he’s team of roofers to carry out the inspection. The roof needed to completely lifted and redone as the wood was rotten, and not able to be repaired. The work was carried out to a very high standard ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Extremely happy with the work carried out to fix this leaking roof. I had a leak coming from my chimney I was referred by a friend to check out cooper and sons. Matt cooper came out and found the leak with a drone inspection. His professional and Compatible quote gave me a perfect breakdown of what work needed to be carried out. I had a new lead all round the chimney and a back gutter welded to a high standard. Matt and his team carried full roofing works at my house including new felt and batten, new dry ridge system installed, local repairs to my garage roof and a replacement velux to my loft. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done perfectly. Always polite and courteous, and kept the working area spotless after each day. Needed new guttering all round the house that was left off by a previous roofing company, spoke to several roofers who all had concerns about the polycarbonate roof on conservatory. Matt was the only one to say about putting scaffolding up, he also pointed out that we would be wasting money if we put fascia and soffit up as the house did not require it. He also pointed out a couple of mistakes left by the previous company. Matt and his boys spent 2 days doing a brilliant job that I don't think anyone else would have, very informative, clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and definitely use them again.

Provided an excellent service. My roof needed significant repair work. Tunbridge Wells Roofing Ltd provided me with a balanced and honest assessment that a new roof was not needed (thankfully!) and then tackled all the issues very professionally and promptly. I was especially impressed with the quality of their communication. They talked me through the issues, showed me the work they were doing and provided me with a clear understanding and picture of the lifespan of the roof, including future repairs that may be needed down the line. When the job was finished I felt confident that a good job had been done and that as a customer I had been treated with respect and not been taken advantage of. Excellent.
