Found and fixed two problems with my roof and guttering, prompt and effective, thanks again!

When Joseph came round to quote for a roof repair, he actually investigated the problem and took a video of the damage to show me. When completing the job he kept me informed and sent me photos of the work throughout the process. He was polite and professional. Very pleased with the work completed.

Joe was quick to respond with a price, which was competitive. He arrived as agreed and fixed the issue at hand. He also provided video evidence of another issue which will require fixing in due course, was honest that it wasn't urgent but requires attention. He followed this up with quotes for 2 options, all very professional. CX at its finest.

There was a leak from the flat roof at the front of the house and had called 3 roofers to inspect the issue. Joe was the only person to actually get on the roof and have a proper look and took videos so I could see for myself. He explained what needed to be done to stop the leak and provided a very reasonable quote for his services. The job took a whole day and throughout sent pictures and videos to show the progress. Very pleased with the result and thoroughly recommended!

Joseph and team did a great job fitting new gutters and fascia, they where easy to deal with and very professional. The did they job in reasonable time in very bad weather conditions and the price was very competitive!
