Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.

I've used Chris for 2 jobs on my house now. The first was a re-pointing job and the 2nd was replacing a garage roof from felt to fibreglass. It can be a bit nerve-wracking trying to find decent tradesmen but on both occasions Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His brother Dave has actually run both jobs and has done an excellent job each time. They have been punctual, polite, skillfull and have tidied up after themselves. The re-pointing job has been so well done that unless you knew about the work done you wouldn't actually notice it blends so well into the rest of the building. One of the guys also came and helped me do some odd jobs around the house one Saturday. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team for any re-pointing or roofing needs.

Good advice at the start, clear quote, which was reasonable and they kept to it, I asked for a bit of extra work to be done which they did and again was at a reasonable price. Excellent service by Wayne and his team. He kept me fully informed of his availability and this was also subject to weather conditions. He would text or call to update me and this was really appreciated. The job was installation of Velux windows and I was not disappointed. I organised the plasterer and decorator outside his quote. Throughout the repairs, we were told what was going on and most importantly all workmanship was to a very high and professional standard. A skilled tradesman and an absolute perfectionist. Absolutely brilliant service would thoroughly recommend Victor. He explained everything that needed doing. Communication was great throughout. He even popped up onto my roof to make sure the loose tiles didn't cause an accident when he came to quote for the job. His work is quality and he was very neat and tidy throughout. M Roofing and Building Limited , were so unlike the ‘fly by night’ contractors that swoop in after a storm and don’t do the job the right way and may not be licensed. Victor Martinez provided professional service with great looking results. Between providing a free estimate to completion of work, it was 10 days. Victor thoroughly explain the damage found via photos and the plan to repair before any work commenced. The work was done on time, and he did a great job with the clean up. I was also shown photos of my both of our roofs (house and flat roof extension), which look so much better and are now watertight. I have would highly recommend Victor. In fact, our neighbors need work done and I have passed them his information which I wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t happy with the results.

We are very happy with the work Victor carried out for us. We discovered we had a small leak around the soil stack in the roof by chance when we were having our bathroom refurbished and Victor fitted us in at short notice. He is a genuine tradesman who knows his trade and takes a pride in what he does. He explained the issue and what needed to be done and his quote was very competitive. Victor did a great job, he was very careful not to damage any roof tiles and left everything neat and tidy. The leak is now fixed. Absolutely Fantastic Company to deal with. 10/10 We had to have a new Pitched roof as well as a new flat roof for our House. After receiving quotes from a couple of other roofers, who had not filled us with confidence, we contacted JTF Roofing Ltd.
