Mark and his Team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Mark has worked on our property previously. Part of the cottage Little Impetts is a self contained holiday cottage, so the project was time sensitive to be completed for guests arriving Easter weekend. Mark and his team, Ross, Mitchell and Josh worked in all weather to meet the deadline, which they did with a couple of days to spare.! All in all a great team with a fantastic work ethic, always cheerful, always polite. Wishing them all the best especially young Josh with his apprenticeship. We have just had our ridge renewed and the thatch repaired and cleaned. Very pleased with the result and Mark and his team have done an excellent job. The team were all very friendly, worked hard over a two week period and the thatch was completed within the estimated timescale. We would thoroughly recommend Padfield Master Thatchers.

Firstly I would like to say how professional Mark and the team are - They carried out repairs and maintenance works plus netting and new ridges on my thatch the works were completed to a extremely high standard with a highly professional team I had daily updates on progress and the project was completed on time with no issues. I highly recommend!

Fantastic team, cannot fault them from start to finish. Stayed with us, on site for 4 weeks. Fascinating to watch Mitchell Pask work his magic! The roof was the talk of the village, it was pictured in the village calendar too! We would throughly recommend them.
