Chris and the entire team were polite, on-time and very tidy. Chris has detailed experience in many aspects of build and supported our understanding during the various stages of our extension. Chris was able to explain from the very beginning, what will be required by whom and when. Chris managed the project and liaised with all trades including the Planning Team at the council so we didn't have to worry about any of that! Chris has a friendly and experienced team, the most noticeable trait is that they are very tidy, which is especially important when you have a digger, skips and materials being delivered daily. I would recommend CLBS to anyone (have done already!). Should anyone wishing to see a completed project and would like to see (first hand) what's been completed, please liaise with Chris and Kate who can pass on our details. A special note for Kate, who we found was very helpful in answering many texts over the 3 months for general questions. This was helpful and efficient.

Chris and his team arrived as expected and quickly got on with the job. Very polite and efficient, the job was a messy one but they worked cleanly and respected my property. The standard of the work was excellent and completed much quicker than I expected, site was cleared and left as tidy as possible. A range of building materials mainly roofing. However, i purchased wood glue and some random bits not roof related. Its clearly a tradesperson establishment but non trade customers are very welcome. I have no idea if the price i paid was competitive, but i came away with what i needed. Helpful staff member was serving me.

They've always got what I need at highly competitive prices. Plus they deliver locally, when it doesn't fit in the car...

We had Martin and his team remove an unsafe chimney, replace coping stones between us and our neighbours roof and convert a bedroom into the bathroom with a high spec, totally transformed the space! Really happy and already planning for him to transform the old bathroom into our new office! He's really responsive and cares to do everything right and most importantly can cope with the unseen issues that always come along with big building projects - kept me calm! Martin and his team worked on conversion of a garage into an en-suite bedroom with extension. He kindly added a few more jobs that we asked him to do and built an outdoor building with storage to replace our old shed.
