Kieran managed to fit us in same day for a visit, and then within a week to start work, all with a reasonable price too to replace our slates and fit underfelt. One week later, all the work is completed, all cleaned up and the entire roof is looking as good as new. Great service, would use again.

We used up top roofing to redo the roof on our 3 bed detached as it was recommended by a surveyor. We got 3 quotes and went with the middle one which was up top. We were really impressed with the whole experience, from getting the quote to tidying up at the end. The guys were very professional, turned up on time and worked hard. As a result they finished ahead of schedule which was great for us as a family. We got the surveyor back as a matter of caution and even he was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the price we paid. All in all, considering the horror stories you here, we feel blessed with our choice and couldn't recommend highly enough

I contacted Phil over Xmas about a roof issue that was allowing rain water to stain our ceiling, he came round the next day to inspect the roof and we arranged a convenient soon after this to remediate the issue. We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

The workmanship is of the highest quality and attention to detail - we had a wooden porch roof that had given up the ghost, buckling in last summer's heat and causing leakages. Dean replaced with slate tiling that is entirely complementary with our house's roof, re-dressed with lead and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Sam and his team are brilliant. I had a garage roof that was rotting and needed help with. Sam came over and gave me a very thorough quote, with pictures showing me exactly what was wrong and how they could help. The quote was very reasonable compared to others I had and Sam’s attention to detail was unmatched. The team was professional, prompt and tidy. I also had guttering installed as a last minute ask which they also accommodated for. The roof looks very neat and tidy and even comes with a 25 year warranty! Sam replaced our entire roof and porch roof in January. Really happy with the result. Quote was very professional and all work carried out as expected. After weeks of calling different companies and getting completely unreasonable quotes...we saw a C&S company van at our local shop one evening and knocked on the window to try our luck at finding someone to help us with our Aspestos roof that was leaking water and damaging all our belongings. We met Shane who couldn't have been anymore willing to help. He came to have a look the following day. Understanding our financial situation he worked with us to make it as affordable as he could. His staff came and worked in the pouring rain all day, removing our old roof and framing for the new one. They were really lovely, and went above and beyond. Shane and his team have just completed a fantastic job on repairing our leaking roof. The roof is only 15 years old but was leaking due to poor construction and the cheap materials used by the original house builder. Scaffolding was erected fast and with care and consideration for our neighbours. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Seeing the workmanship and premium materials used on the repair C & S Roofing obviously take pride in the work they do. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them!

I had been trying for over a year to tackle a problem with damp on a chimney breast in my bedroom. The house is Edwardian with a sloping state roof. The company I had been using had made several attempts to deal with it and after each visit the problem had been made worse. I contacted C&S Roofing Services to try and get help correcting the mess that had been made of the roof area around the chimney and the chimney lead work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Despite the fact that they very busy Shane made time to come and see the problem and subsequently prepared a detailed written quote for replacing the lead work and rescuing/replacing the slates. Shane clearly and honestly explained to me the details of the work needed and also the reasons why. The work was prompt scheduled in and carried out on the agreed date. All work was done to a very high standard and the costs were very reasonable. C&S Roofing Services certainly know their way a slate roof and have all the skills necessary. They are also pleasant to have around while they are working. All in all, it was a pleasure to deal with them and made a refreshing contrast to my previous experiences with local roofers. I have no hesitation in recommending C&S for any work on slate roofs and I will certainly use them again for any future work that may be needed.
