Used Ross and the team following a recommendation from a neighbour. Ross was punctual and the quote provided is why we paid. All his staff were courteous and did a fantastic job repairing the verges on the house. Would definitely recommend and would 100% use again.

Ross and the team were excellent from start to finish - super responsive, fast to quote and then to schedule the work after accepting the quotation (which was ideal for a leaking roof!). The work was exceptional and amazing value for money; looks perfect and the guys were really respectful of the property, tidy and friendly. I can't recommend RSM Roofing highly enough.

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Sam and his team are brilliant. I had a garage roof that was rotting and needed help with. Sam came over and gave me a very thorough quote, with pictures showing me exactly what was wrong and how they could help. The quote was very reasonable compared to others I had and Sam’s attention to detail was unmatched. The team was professional, prompt and tidy. I also had guttering installed as a last minute ask which they also accommodated for. The roof looks very neat and tidy and even comes with a 25 year warranty! Can’t thank Baker Roofing & Cladding enough, will recommend to all!

Contacted Sam regarding a disconnected downpipe which was causing some concern having come away from the gutter and soakaway. He came back to me the same day and arranged to visit the next day. Made an assessment of what needed doing and was efficient. Did a great job of fixing the problem and making everything more secure to prevent further failure. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Sam replaced our entire roof and porch roof in January. Really happy with the result. Quote was very professional and all work carried out as expected. Sam’s communication was excellent keeping me updated at all times and checking I was happy along the way. Roof looks great and seems to have solved our damp problems too!! Sam returned our calls promptly, communicated well and turned up when he said he would. Sam provided a detailed quote and provided photographs to explain what was planned and show what had been done to successfully repair the roof. Lovely and polite gentleman.

After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Martin and his team recently redid our back roof. They arrived promptly and left the site in a very tidy state each night. Storm Darragh struck half way through the job but we did not have any leaks and the roofing felt stood up to the storm very well.

Quality work at a great price, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Jake. They replaced an old leaking extension roof with synthetic slate and a triple garage with insulated profile sheets. We are really pleased with the results and will be using them again when the main slate roof is replaced. These are old buildings and threw up some issues, they took them in their stride and kept on budget. Thanks guys.

Martin and team recently repaired a leaking gable end on our grade 2 listed chapel. They did a fantatsic job removing all existing stone work and replacing the perished lead. The finished result is better than the original. They turned up on time and completed the job on time and budget.

Ian came quickly when called. We had a ridge tile blown off and he replaced it the next day. He is a very reliable a trustworthy tradesman which are hard to find . I most certainly will be using his company in the future .

They did a fantastic job Reeve and his team were absolutely brilliant unfortunately my roof was in very a poor condition with rotten battens but they didn't moan they just got on with the job . I highly recommend Scott Miles roofing Ltd. From the outset Scott was very easy to work with. A group of professional roof specialists, who poured their all into bringing our roof up to an exceptional standard. We’ve noticed the difference in the warmth on our property, due to some new soffits, insulation, cementing of apex tiles, new grade 4 lead on chimneys, apex joins from different height roofs, bay window roofs, flashings, gutters and downpipes that work! Scott brought samples of suitable tiles, rainwater furniture options and posed other roofing options as well as submitted 3 estimates for 1) essential repair, 2) partial replacement and 3) complete replacement. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept me involved in decision making as the job progressed. Scott and the team were professional at all times, fitting around other trades or jobs that needed access, often arranging to return to finish after other trades had completed their works. We did go over the estimate for maintenance and upgrading of lead work and full replacement in certain compromised areas of rotten woodwork, but that was down to our choice and after full discussion exploring alternative options and additional costs, we made the decision to not skimp. Their scaffolder of choice was also accommodating to our extended needs. They are a hard working bunch of really lovely skilled workers. The lead work carried out by Reeve is close on an artisan finish and quality. Our surveyor put them as highly commended. The Roofing, which I thought would be our biggest concern and stress point on our major property refurb, turned out to be seamless and stress free. Very happy with the services I received , the work was of top quality to my east wing and the workers left the site tidy every day, not like O'Brians roofing on a last project I had going on my property on my barns. Perennial roofing will be tendering for my stable roof works along with others to keep my little pony's dry.

Initially a little disappointed as after a replacement of lead flashing there were still leaks, but only when heavy rain driven in by strong south westerly winds. A modification then failed and a longish wait for contractor to return, but hopefully, now resolved. A zinc tray now installed as well. The exposed site and shallow pitch on the roof hasn't helped . Perennial Roofing staff all nice guys, well turned out and caring. Really impressive professional welding of the joints forming end caps. Site left very tidy. Thanks to all
