Fantastic professional local company. From the initial enquiry to the tutoring the whole experience far exceeded my expectations. Ian visited us in our home, was clearly, passionate about tutoring/education, and was clearly invested in improving outcomes. Through his conversations with my daughter he built a understanding of her needs, allowing him to match her with the best tutor for her. My daughter was anxious about whether tutoring would work for her, but she really enjoyed her first session. The tutor was amazing, an oxford student, with recent and relevant, GCSE experience. The background work that Ian put in prior to our first meeting was excellent and on his initial visit he was extremely professional and spent a lot of time with my daughter listening to her needs and found out what parts of her A level biology course she needed help with . Ian was non judgemental and took time to find out what was important to her with her learning style and matched her with a great tutor called Celia. She is one lesson down and even now, is starting to believe that she can turn her grades around because of this

Their remote learning sessions are very well structured with full session reports and a dedicated online platform including guided learning hour logs and a full history for audit and revision purposes. The tutors were professional, knowledgeable and clearly worked to well-prepared lesson plans mirroring the exam syllabus. A big thumbs up from us.
