The best tutor! I couldn’t recommend Andrew enough as a tutor. He helped me get through my second year of A level Biology. Thanks to him I was able to get the grade I needed to study Biomedical science at University. I couldn’t have done it without him! He is so patient, supportive and has amazing techniques to help students remember the content. During the sessions it was a very safe space where I felt comfortable to ask as many questions as I wanted. After each session I felt more confident and sure in my knowledge. He also supplied countless past papers for me and a revision timetable closer to exams, which was so incredibly helpful. He is truly amazing at what he does and the perfect tutor!

Andrew is a superb A Level biology tutor. He has an excellent knowledge of the Eduqas syllabus. My son always found his tutorials extremely helpful as Andrew was able to explain the tricky curriculum content in a way he was able to understood. He also valued his support with structuring his revision so that he was as prepared as he could be when the exams arrived. My son certainly made significant progress with his grades under Andrew's guidance and was successful in getting his place at his first choice university as a result. Nicola at Forest 1st Tutoring managed to work wonders in getting our daughter up to speed in time for the 11+ exam. We left it very late in the day to start preparing and Nicola agreed to tutor across the summer term and summer holidays - primarily using group work with additional one-on-one sessions on top. The transformation in our daughter’s confidence and attainment was amazing. The tutoring would have been worthwhile regardless of the outcome as not only has she achieved a solid pass in the 11+, she has also been really well set up to make a happy and confident start to year 6.

After a ‘not great’ first year of A level Biology at college ending with an E grade we found Andrew. Andrew was a great teacher, explained everything well in a relaxed manor that made my daughter feel not only comfortable but she also enjoyed her sessions. I cannot ask for more than a fantastic tutor. They are beautifully teaching my daughter what to expect in her year group. They know what to expect in SATS exams and teach accordingly. The tutor is adjusting according to our flexible time. I can ask them to teach if my child is weak in any topic and they are happy to teach over again. All-over, I'm so happy with the tuition provider.

Having spent many months looking for a teacher of Japanese, my lessons with Tatiana have far surpassed my expectations. She is very methodical and patient with me - especially with my ADHD and my hectic timetable. Since starting my teacher has now helped me start Russian - I can actually read Cyrillic which in itself I have found to be a great achievement not just for me but my teachers ability to transfer her skills of teaching to me as a student. Since starting I now have also taken up Arabic - my Arabic tutor is again of similar quailing and patient with me. I hope within a year my level of fluency will be medium to fluent - as long as I put the work in. I cannot begin to thank you and I am forever greatful for your help in helping me achieve some of my life’s goals.

I have joined the LinguaFast Language school around July 2023 to learn Japanese. I have to say that the experience so far as been really great! The Japanese teacher has a lot of experience having lived in Japan for a lot of years and brings with her the linguist knowledge and the culture which I love to hear about. The classes are well presented and we do a lot of exercises that allow us to have the theory and put it into to practice. I joined an awesome Japanese group class with amazing people and we all have a great passion for this culture which makes the class even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this school since is such a joy to be part of as a student.

I’ve been trying to learn German on and off for around 3 years now with no success, however since joining LinguaFAST, I am now making more progress than I ever had previously. We are very happy with the tutor service Adolf has provided to my son and daughter. My son is currently preparing to take GCSEs and since having Adolf he has improved by nearly 2 grades in his mock exams. This has motivated my son to want to improve further and achievea higher grade. We have noticed both our children feel more confident in their maths ability. Adolf is always very prepared and gives a tailored approach for each child. He gives thorough feedback after each session, so both the child and parents understand where they are at with their learning and what is expected prior to the next lesson. Adolf is truly an amazing maths tutor. His cool, calm and gentle manner has really helped my sons mathematical competence. He explains each topic clearly until it is fully understood and then retests them at a later date, making sure the information has definitely sunk in. This is backed up with homework and revision .
