My elder daughter joined Egham Kumon in 2014 from Year 2 for Maths and English. She found it particularly useful for helping her academics, especially during primary school and the early part of secondary school. After 10 years of Kumon training with lots of hard work, she received very good GCSE results in 2023, with a grade 8 in Maths, 8 in English language and 9 in English Literature. Kumon also set a good solid foundation for her A-level studies. Following the successful academic achievement of my elder daughter, my younger daughter started Kumon from Year 1. Her progress made from Kumon also encouraged other parents to send their children to learn together. Paula and her team are excellent. Providing education service is never easy, but they spend good time and effort in teaching young children and wanting them to succeed. Obviously, there is no magic in learning and years of hard work is definitely required by the student, but with the right learning support from both Kumon and parents, it helps young children massively. The earlier to start Kumon the better, as it makes children feel more confident at school. For working parents, we can enjoy good discount through the government tax free childcare scheme, which is a nice arrangement to have at Egham Kumon!
