Our Son originally started a year ago (yr 3) to assist with his handwriting but he also has an appetite for learning, especially maths. He went from 'needing improvement' with his handwriting to becoming first in his class to receive a pen licence :-). He still attends weekly as he enjoys coming here and its a great way to stay on top of his learning getting that one on one time that schools just simply cannot provide. I highly recommend I Love to Learn, they work well with the children and keep you constantly updated with their progress which was just what I was looking for.

I took my 5 year old daughter here for a free assessment following her end of year school report. My husband and I were very pleased that we were given honest feedback by Howard, who was thorough and professional. We were dubious as to whether or not our daughter’s abilities might be played down to encourage us to pay for future sessions, but I am delighted that this was not the case at all. We really appreciated this honesty, and I would absolutely recommend the free assessment to get objective feedback on how your child is performing academically. I would definitely use I Love to Learn for any future tutoring for my daughter.

I would like to thank Tom for all the support he gave me during my A level Biology course. I achieved an A in my A level Biology exam. The A level Biology group lessons were very informative. Along with the information provided in the lesson, Tom used active recall to test us on our knowledge and engaged us in the lesson which deepened my understanding and retention of A level Biology concepts. Furthermore, when we answered long question types we would use an interactive whiteboard to answer the questions, and he would regularly check our work and provide areas of improvement for our answers. Can’t recommend Melanie enough! As a graduate just leaving university she helped me fantastically. In our 1-1 sessions she asked questions to evaluate what I truly wanted to aim for in a career. Combined with her research between sessions we found a selection of companies which aligned with my interests and we approached directly. It’s much appreciated guidance since graduate hire is daunting! Melanie provides great confidence that your CV and cover letter are up to scratch, this is so reassuring when sending them to companies. Her help for interviews will be useful at any stage in my career! If you’ve graduated there is plenty of value in contacting Melanie, any number of sessions I think would be beneficial. Kirsty is very experienced in tutoring primary school kids. She is familiar with the capabilities required by each age/year group, so that she could identify my son’s strengths and areas for improvement accurately. Then a tailor made tutoring plan is worked out. I can see the growing interests and confidence in my son. Kirsty is highly recommended!

My grandson has been tutored by Kirsty for 5 years. She was an amazing support to him during Covid lockdowns, which was a difficult time. Henry is always happy to see Kirsty, even though it is more 'learning' after school. She has helped enormously with his confidence and concentration, and his reading, particularly comprehension, is greatly improved. Kirsty makes learning fun with lots of educational games. He receives good reports from his school and I am sure this is partly due to 'Teatime Tutoring'. Her feedback is very helpful and she always mentions his next steps.

Kirsty makes learning maths from being very difficult to fun activity for my 9 year old daughter. She is looking forward to her sessions. Primary mathematics is very important for child to learn and develop for later harder stages of math. Like building a house. Strong foundation is must for sturdy house. Highly recommended! We struggled to find a local tutor for our daughter who needed some extra help with A Level Chemistry. Fleet Tutors quickly matched us with Andrew who was an absolute star. His preparation and material for tutoring sessions was spot on and he was able to quickly close gaps in knowledge. This resulted in a much more confident daughter who sat her exams feeling much better prepared. I have used Fleet several times for tutoring for two of my sons to help with GCSEs. The tutors have been really excellent and I have found the company to be helpful and responsive particularly recently when, last minute, there needed to be a change of tutor and; even this close to exams, they found someone excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
