I have been learning guitar with Rory for the last 5 months and starting those lessons has been the best decision I have made guitar wise. The lessons are very well planned and taught brilliantly. The detailed emailed feedback is excellent and the transcriptions of songs to practise are fantastic.
Rory is the best teacher I ever had in 9 years I had to change so many tutor! He has a lot of patience and a lot of knowledge! I learnt so many song I loved and every time I request one he is able to teach me whatever I like!

I’ve had three guitar teachers to date and Rory is by far and away the best. He tailors your lesson to you and is always open to your suggestions. With me he’s provided really useful tips on how I can improve as well as presenting new challenges to move me on a bit. This was just what I needed because I’d slipped into the habit of playing just the stuff I could already play. I’d got to the stage where I’d lost enthusiasm and thought of going up. Rory has made me excited about improving my skills. He also always remembers where you got up to in the last lesson and provides written reminders of what to practise. A 5* star teacher.
I chose Rory, after looking through his website and liking what I saw, and I have been very happy with the last six months. In particular, I am very impressed with the way he adapts to what you as a student want, and need. Wholeheartedly recommend!
