Hi decided to post this review. Because after having dealt with independent contractors who took advantage of my lack of knowledge with respect to plumbing and electrical installations. My interaction with Highfield heating and plumbing has been spot on from the start both the plumber Andy and Craig were polite and professional and I couldn't be happier with their pricing very reasonable. So Anyone reading this should know this is the first review I've done and was happy to do it. Thanks also to Sarah who worked to get coordinate all mine and the Tennant's timetable. Anyway enough said. They are better than good...... This is the second time I have called Highfield Heating And Gas for help. A fast response, solved the problem and there may be cheaper alternative contractors, I doubt they are as good as Highfield Heating And Gas Ltd.. From my perspective you get what you pay for. I do hope this is helpful to anyone reading this review as I'm not in the habit of giving reviews. .

I first had a leak in my bathroom, this turned out to be my stop tap, I rang Craig and he came straight out that day when he said he would and fixed it. My second was a Boiler Service, but it was making a really strange noise even after it had passed all it's checks, so Craig again came straight back out to check it and it appears it's been fine ever since. I was most impressed by the fact that Craig turned up when he said he would, in my experience with workmen, it's rare! He was always polite and finished the jobs he cane to do. I would definitely recommend to other people. Thanks for a great service

We recently had a new boiler installed by Highfield Plumbing & Heating. They removed the old back boiler and relocated the new unit to the airing cupboard upstairs. In addition, every radiator was fitted with a new thermostat. They removed the team, led by Martin, was exceptionally professional, friendly, and efficient in overcoming the challenges of running new piping from outside to the new boiler location. They also installed a new gas pipe to accommodate a gas hob in the kitchen. Martin keep us well-informed throughout the process, clearly explaining each stage and ensuring we understood the work being done, including how the new boiler operates. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of the work, and everything was left neat and tidy, including the blocking off of the fireplace. We would gladly recommend Highfield plumbing to others if they are looking for a first class service.

Great communication. Was running late but sent up to the minute messages to inform me of progress. Very pleasant when Craig arrived, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and resolved it very quickly. Excellent service 👍🏻

Vance and Highfield plumbing & heating have showed patience, total professionalism, and gave us with lots of information and advice when we requested quotes for futher work ahead.
