Iv recently had Brandon out from Ashfield heating as Iv had 2 on going issues. He gave me a day and time he was coming and what I liked more was the pre visit call I got to say he was on the way ( really helpful when you’re waiting in ). He was polite and professional as always and was straight into sorting the fix. After around 45 mins I was all fixed and fully working again. I can’t compliment Ashfield heating enough, when your heating is compromised all you want is a company who turn up and know how to fix it - which Brandon has demonstrated today. I fully recommend Ashfield heating to anyone 100%

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Darren to service my boiler and fix a circulatory problem due to no central heating on ground floor and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From the moment he arrived, Darren was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in clear terms, and carried out the work efficiently to a high standard. He also took the time to check for any safety concerns, which gave me great peace of mind. The pricing was fair, and his attention to detail was impressive. I'm so happy with the service I received. I had issues with my boiler and was due to go away. Darren was recommended to me after asking friends for a trustworthy heating company. I contacted Darren and explained the issues I was experiencing and that i was due to go away and that I had concerns that the boiler would not be working safely. Darren explained that he had other jobs booked and would do his best to attend. I was aware it was short notes. It was agreed that he would contact me later in the day to let me know if he could come or not. I received a call from Darren informing me he could attend. On meeting Darren, I was met with a friendly smile he was very respectful of my home and polite he quickly got to work and found my issue and replaced the part. I can't tell you how relieved I was and that two previous heating engineers had failed to diagnose the problem. Darren is absolutely amazing, and I would highly recommend him he is honest, reliable, trustworthy, and genuine, If i could give 10 stars, I would Myself and my family are very grateful

Brandon is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable hearing engineers I’ve come across. He kept me up to date with the progress whilst installing my new boiler and left everything clean and tidy when he had finished. He told me when I would receive my paperwork and what it was for and if I had any problems or questions I could call him anytime. I would most definitely recommend Brandon and Ashfield heating.
