We had a boiler fault last week and contacted SUBS. Suba was with us the same morning, ordered the required part and fitted it the next day. What a super guy. Reliable, completely transparent on pricing, expert and thoroughly nice. The SUBS website is unusual in that it is completely transparent and publishes their prices. Highly recommended.

Subs responded to my text for a quotation almost immediately. Very competitive price and was able to repair my toilet flush the following morning. He was polite and professional. Took the time to explain things to me carefully and even had spares on his van to do a few other little jobs whilst he was here all within the pre agreed price. A rare find. Wonderful service from Subs. He came out within 24 hours to remove an old gas fire so we could convert it back to an open fire. He did a great job, was super friendly and helpful and very reasonable. We're booking him in to do more jobs for us!! Thank you

He regularly talks through what he is doing and highlights challenges clearly where appropriate. Suba is thorough, going out of his way to remain for longer to double check for leaks. He is also easily accessible if any follow up calls are required. His pricing is very reasonable. Suba provides relief in potentially stressful situations.
