Called Mark at 5pm monday evening after I had removed the old cylinder lock from the front but couldn't get the new one to fit. Then couldn't get the old lock back in either, so big problem! Mark talked me through a couple of options for free (!) but I still couldn't get either lock to fit, so Mark sent an engineer and it was all sorted within 2 hours. Excellent service! Thanks Mark.
