Our boiler was condemned by British Gas, and they gave us a quote for a new boiler, which seemed really expensive. I had heard excellent reviews of Link Gas Services, so invited them to quote also. The quote was very reasonable, so we went with Link. Absolutely no regrets, they turned up on the day we booked, worked professionally and friendly throughout the day, and left the house clean and tidy. I mentioned to Steve how cold our home was, and when he reviewed our piping system, he informed us we were on a one pipe system, and it needed to be on a two-pipe system for efficiency. He quoted for the pipework to be re-run throughout the whole house, and we have never looked back. It has saved us a fortune on heating bills, as the heating now only needs to be on for a short period of time to heat the whole house, instead all evening. Whilst Steve was installing the pipework, I asked him how the hive works and if he would fit one for me, and he did. When we purchased a Buy To Let property, I needed the boiler moving from the kitchen to the attic, I invited Steve to quote, which again was very reasonable. He took the time to discuss with me the kitchen plans, so he could re-route the boiler pipework, so it would not be in the way on the new kitchen layout. Nothing is too much trouble for Steve and Harry, a good honest family business. I would highly recommend Link Gas Services to everyone.

Really happy with Link Gas Services. The communication and quality of work were excellent. One of the radiators didn't seem to heat up as quickly as the others after the job, we called them to ask for advice and they offered to pop back round within the hour and look into this. Luckily we managed to sort it so they did not need to come back but we really appreciated the offer and prompt solution. We would highly recommend Link Gas Services to anyone. We will definitely be using them for any future work

Steve came out same day to assess my leaking boiler - it couldn’t be fixed but managed to fit a new one very quickly at a great price. Came back to teach me everything the next day as i wasnt in. Would highly recommend.
