RML did a fantastic Job on our bathroom. They were very helpful before hand for the design and throughout the Job. High quality finish & attention to detail, would highly recommend!

Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

My Home Emergency insurance claimed that my boiler couldn't be repaired, as parts are no longer available. Therefore, I invited 3 local gas engineers to quote for replacing said boiler. The first engineer inspected the boiler, but agreed that repair wasn't possible and provided a quote. Then, two days later, Matthew Humphries arrived on scene, worked his magic and carried out a fantastic repair!!! Excellent service, clear explanations without confusing me with 'jargon', and fair pricing! Matthew was also readily helpful and reassuring, when I had to complain to my reluctant insurance in order to claim reimbursement of the repair costs.

Matthew did a fantastic job fitting a new boiler and thermostat for us . He was punctual polite and kept us informed from pricing the job all the way to the after care call to check everything was still ok . Perfect job .

I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

Great service came out same day to a broken boiler which was beyond repair. Said they could fit new next day which I couldn't do but came on second day & fitted new boiler in a day unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler.They came back next morning with a part for the boiler they had taken out of another new boiler. They fitted the part to make sure we had hot water over the weekend I could not have asked for better service Thank you

When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

After a consultation and quote from the manager, Dan, the team came a few days later and removed, under very difficult circumstances, an old Rayburn-fired gas central heating system and replaced it with a modern Combi-boiler. I was very impressed with all the lads and their level of expertise and professionalism and lack of fuss or mess. Well done to all concerned!!

MB Plumbing did an excellent job replacing a boiler at very short notice. The new boiler was fitted the next working day without any fuss or mess. I was very pleased with the price and the new boiler is almost silent - well worth the investment. I feel extremely satisfied to have received the same high standards of work that would be expected from the likes of British Gas, with the same level of manufacturer's warranty, but with a more personal, honest touch and without the over-inflated prices. I wouldn't hesitate to use MB Plumbing again and would recommend highly to others.

Martin and his team did an excellent job of recently installing a walk-in shower unit. The price was very competitive and I can thoroughly recommend this company
