Chris and his colleague came out the same day to look at a boiler failure. They got it working again temporarily and ordered the part that was needed. They quickly came back to install within a couple days and now the problem is fixed. This was after another company came out three times to diagnose the problem which they couldn’t do. Great communication from Heather and great service – highly recommend!

Gubbs was recommended to me via a Facebook group that I’m in as they are local to me. Heather responded quickly to my enquiry and we were booked in within a few days as Chris was away at the time. All issues were solved efficiently and professionally and I would have no hesitation in contacting them to help with any other issues or recommend them.

Our boiler broke down 4 days ago and Chris from Gubbs came out the next day to see if he could fix it. As the boiler was old and not a very good one, the part required to fix it was not worth it so we opted for a new boiler. We had obtained other quotes but Gubbs was the best and they were able to fit it 2 days later and it was a Sunday! They also took away all the waste and rubbish. I can't thank them enough for doing such a great job at a great price.

Great service and value. They came out to my house at short notice after someone messed my central heating up. Were very understanding of my situation having no hot water and heating and needing it fixed quickly as I have a yoing child in the house.
