We’ve used this business a few times now. Always in an emergency and Simon is absolutely wonderful. Calm and efficient and just does the job. Can’t recommend him enough.

Rang Simon with a central heating problem. He turned up later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A valve needed replacing. He came back and replaced the valve in the early evening. An excellent and efficient service.

Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. I've got a Boilermate A-Class OV thermal store and it was a nightmare finding someone who could help repair it when it stopped providing my hot water. I luckily found Derby Plumbing Services and Simon came out the next day after I rang. Now, one day later, the Boilermate is all repaired. 2 day service! I could not recommend Derby Plumbing Services more, amazing :)

Mark was a saviour today! I drilled into a gas pipe (surrounded by dab so my stud locator picked it up wrongly, in my defence!) He came round on a Saturday and was a perfect professional and completed the job. I would recommend to anyone in a time of need or just for a decent honest service from a quality tradesman.

Contacted Mark this afternoon and he came round within a couple of hours (on his day off) to fix what I thought was a leaking pipe under the bathroom. He quickly found that the leak was in fact from the toilet, and worked through till the evening to fix it, despite it not being the easiest of jobs. Can't thank him enough. Mark is a hard working and polite man who I would happily recommend to all my family and friends.

Mark is brilliant,he fetched a new tap and fixed it for us, sorted a leaking toilet and put a new filter on our gas boiler,his work is perfect ,he tidys everywhere up after him. Every job Mark has done for us is really good work,very clever man. I definitely would recommend him to anyone.

This small job was time sensitive following a family bereavement. Craig and his team went above and beyond to help! Got the job done quickly and professionally. I could check when the engineer was going to arrive at the property too! So I wasnt waiting around all day. From start to finish they were so kind, considerate and compassionate. During a very difficult time. I so grateful, I will recommend this company and use them again in future without hesitation.

They were fast to come out, fast to quote, true to their word and very proffessional whilst also taking the time to thoroughly explain everything. The curtosy call a few weeks later to check in was greatly appreciated too! I cannot recommend this company enough! Spot on!

provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Matt has fitted two boilers for me over the years. When the first one broke down Matt came out quickly and due to the age and price of the replacement part I opted for a new one. Great service and workmanship again I would not hesitate to recommend

Matt was excellent at completed work for us - he replaced our radiators installing brand new ones, completed a boiler service and laid new pipework for our downstairs. He gave clear communication on timeline and costs and was available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and will look to use again for any future work needed.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

For a long time i had issue with my heating system. I had leaks on different pipes, my boiler even after regular service still wasn’t working properly, i had leak on the cold water pipes. After trying with few different companies and their services last week i call this company. Now i have no issues. Absolutely amazing job. Fully service on my boiler and fixing the leaks on the pipes, my house is warming. The technician was working fast, clean and with perfect professionally. One of the important think for me was the respect. Highly recommended to everybody. Thank you very much. I have few radiators to replace, will call nobody except him.

Great service from Shaun. He went above and beyond to fit me into his busy schedule and worked over a weekend to install a new boiler, plumb in the existing radiators, plus plumb in a new bathroom towel rail and linked up to the UFH that we'd installed. He's been very easy to communicate with both before and during the work - nothing seemed an issue for him in my requests! He's smart, makes good recommendations, and works diligently to get the job done to the highest standards. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Oh, and an extra little thing that made a huge difference: as a single woman homeowner, I feel it's worth noting that he didn't "darlin" or "love" me once - just treated me with the respect anyone would deserve. It was appreciated!

Top quality service, would highly recommend. I enquired about an emergency call out as my boiler was unresponsive. They attended on the same day within a few hours, found the issue immediately and completed a full strip down service on my boiler. Very friendly, clean and professional. We've just had our second piece of work done by Sean and again we couldn't be happier. This time it was to sort out a leak in the en-suite and ultimately put it right etc and install a new shower tray etc (it was far more complicated than that in reality) His advice was spot on and the way in which he goes about his work is second to none. Communication is excellent, as is his time-keeping and tidiness. The finish is second to none and there's no doubt that when we need a new bathroom in another part of the house it will be Sean that gets the call. We'd go nowhere else and would certainly recoomend him to friends and family.
