Tim has just completed 3 day's worth of work at the house I've recently moved into, which needed attention to almost every aspect of the heating & hot water systems, and the internal plumbing in general, as well as an undetermined penetrating damp issue. I could not be happier with all the work he's done for me! He quickly traced the damp issue to a cracked redundant water meter, identified some oddities with the supply to my house, & raised a service call with my water utilities provider on my behalf, providing extensive information to the provider which resulted in the source of issue being fully resolved on the same day! He also discovered my boiler to being a tad on the lethal side, & rearranged his schedule to accommodate sourcing a replacement & associated fittings, & installing it the following day. Further to this, he found & fixed a leak in the hot water, & gave it a full service. Lots of work to the sanitary ware fittings too - 2 new sets of basin taps replaced, another dribbly pair tweaked & fixed, a bath panel replaced, mixer tap & shower fitting installed, a bust outside tap replaced, & my integrated washing machine re-seated & no longer making a bid for freedom when on spin! I'm still stunned by how much high quality work he managed to get through in such a short time, by how quickly he was able to source parts & materials, how cleanly he worked, how well he explained to me all of the issues he found, & by his attention to detail. Tim could not have been more helpful! I'm totally satisfied that I've had brilliant value for money, & I'm genuinely looking forward to seeing Tim next year for my boiler service!

We called Tim in to replace the tap in our bathroom and he did a thorough job, clean tidy and professional. While he was here, we asked for advice about our aging boiler and he said he would do a bit of research and get back to us, which he did promptly. We wanted the boiler to fit in an existing cupboard, and to be hidden from view. Tim managed very well, despite a very tight working area and tolerances. He even modified the kitchen cupboard slightly to enable future servicing to take place. He always worked in a clean and tidy manner. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. All in all, we cannot recommend Tim highly enough, as he is thoroughly professional, and he will always be our first port of call for plumbing and heating needs.

My boiler stopped working and I called up Tim and he was round within minutes to fix the problem. Really friendly, tidy service and very reasonably priced considering it was an emergency call out. Will definitely be using again in the future

Tim has serviced my gas boiler for the last few years. He is friendly, reliable and very trustworthy. Always professional.
