John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.
My go to pest control company on Romney Marsh. John visited within a few hours of me phoning to inspect what I thought was a wasps nest. He found they were honey bees so put me in touch with his beekeeper friend who was happy to remove the bees & rehome them.
A first class service we live near fields so mice and rats are occasionally a problem. John Arrived within an hour of my phone call and dealt with Rats in our garden really efficiently. Excellent service from Cinque ports pest control Ltd , John turned up on time very pleased after 2 visits we had no more problems with mice..thankyou John.
My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.
