I called Pestech after hearing ominous scratching and gnawing in the loft. Mark came quickly and did a thorough survey, and confirmed that rats had found a way in. Although I wasn't initially convinced, Mark's assessment that they had found a route through a compromised sewer proved to be entirely correct (builders had not properly capped an old pipe when they refitted a downstairs toilet). When Mark gives you advice on rats, be sure to listen - he knows what he's talking about. He solved my problem, and I highly recommend him.

Mark from Pestech did what seemed impossible. He got rid of our rat infestation that plagued us for nearly 2 years. We had tried several pest control companies before (some highly recommended), spent lots of money on drain surveys, patching up a redundant pipe and were left highly frustrated. We dealt with people who in many cases did not help at all and gave what now seems nonsensical advice. Mark was kind enough to explain every step he was to take and where he suspected the problem was. Within a few weeks the issue was dealt with effectively and we haven't heard or seen any rodent activity since. Wish we had called him earlier. Cannot recommend Pestech highly enough!

Absolutely brilliant service. I heard noises in my loft and was convinced I was housing a 6' long rat! Mark visited within an hour of my initial call and put my mind at rest, turned out to be mice! Very professional service, he was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. It was such a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who genuinely cared. Very reasonably priced too! Contacted Pestech regarding an issue in my loft. Received a call that evening and Mark explained what it could be and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We agreed a time for him to visit which was prompt and he and his colleague were very respectful of my property and inspected my loft and explained everything in great detail. Although no work was carried out due to a management company being responsible their was nothing they could do.
