I contacted Stratton Pest Control following finding a few mice in my home. Tom attended very quickly which was very much appreciated as I was struggling with significant anxiety regarding my situation. Christian came and spent half an hour trying to assess whether we had a wasp nest still. He was patient with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. In the end he didn't charge as there was no treatment needed for now, but will certainly contact in the future if needed!

I had rats in my property. Christian came and put an access panel in my ceiling so we could access the rats location. First with traps, then poison, coming back to check at time intervals, even returning the next day at my request when I heard a great deal of noise. They also fitted a one way valve on the drain and covers for my air vents. They also directed me to the potential entry point. I would definitely recommend this company.
