I called Nex Pest Control to remove a live rat that my cat had brought into the house. The gentleman was so friendly and professional and arrived within 20 mins of my phone call. the rat was captured , removed and disposed of it with minimum fuss. I highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service.

I rang them when I had a wasps nest in my roof. They came quickly at a time convenient to me at the weekend and sorted it with no fuss and reasonable price. Nice knowledgeable bloke. Great stuff.

Had annoying pigeons under my solar panels! Nick came round, removed them cleaned all under the panels and meshed it off. I enjoyed watching all the pigeons going 360 around my solar panels not being able to get in. Even they thought he done a good job! Overall happy job properly done 👍

I had a big problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels and creating all sorts of mess and noise. As a result I contacted Nick at Nex Pest Control who explained what needed to be done, gave me a quote and date when they could come out to fix my problem. They duly arrived as agreed and completed the work together with cleaning the area around my panels. A few months on and I am happy to say everything is great - no birds,no mess and no noise!!. I got quotes from a few companies that offer pigeon proofing of solar panels and Nick stood out as really caring about installing a lasting solution. While others offered to glue spikes to the side of the panels or use plastic fixings, Nick uses his own stainless steel design which he makes in house. He also stocks a range of meshes and having tried them all, knows which works best for a given application. He was efficient, careful and the end result looks tidy and robust. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality installation that will last as long as the panels.

Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. I would highly recommended Emergency Pest Control.

Would not hesitate to recommend Craig. Prompt professional and got our rat situation sorted quickly. His advice was very helpful. Even looked down drains with camera as we had concerns about them coming in through there. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

So, we used 24 hour pest control limited when our lovely little pesty guests decided that our home was there's and Craig and his team were very efficient and helpful, understanding and of all of our needs as I have medical equipment that needs specialist treatment and Craig and his team were very helpful even when we couldn't move certain things Craig and his team would do it for us no problem. Overall the experience has been exceptional and despite having the medical equipment which means that there were several visits to complete the job, but this was done with no quibble and fuss. We are very appreciative of Craig and the teams expertise and help with getting rid of our unwanted friends. And the whole team at 24 hour pest control limited put all of us at ease explaining what's going to happen and continuing to have conversations with us where we wernt sure and supported us to deal with pesty guests. I would recommend these guys 100%.

So grateful to Craig for arriving and acting quickly when we discovered we had a squirrel in the loft. He not only set about trying to catch the pest, he checked around our house to see how it was getting in, and offered great advice. He responded quickly to me when I had further questions once he had left, and also took it upon himself to check up on progress. Craig returned to retrieve not only one, but three squirrels that his traps safely caught. Highly recommended his services if you need help with pests.
