First class service. Needed assistance after some wasps nests were discovered by our tradesmen during refurbish. These were under floorboards inside our home! Swift response to initial email even during the weekend, and delighted the fellas visited within 36x hours. Alarmingly 12x nests found!! All old ones fortunately, but removed upon request and plenty of advice given. Very pleased with such professional and courteous service.

Chris came to look at resolving a potential pigeon problem under my solar panels. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. You turned out promptly and carried out a thorough investigation, which identified a problem with a very old drain that had enable pests to gain access under our floor. The investigation only took about 1 hour, and you were able to resolve our problem to get rid of the pests with only minimal disruption. A follow up visit the following week indicated that the pests had gone, but you recommended a third visit a week later as a double check.
