We suspected uninvited guests in our attic but couldn’t find an entry point. Tim was polite, discreet, professional, COVID aware, and on top of all that, successfully tracked a possible access hole the rats may be using. In placing some poison, Tim was the first to consider our dog and ensured it was left where only the rats could get at it. He returned to check on any action on two further occasions before his final visit when he guided us on how to secure the entry hole. We’ve not heard any movement in our attic since but await colder weather as that seemed to be when we’d hear activity at night. Thanks in anticipation Tim.

Very professional service: I contacted iPest about our moth problem and they came round to assess that week. Then the week later they came round to treat our house. Tim also offered some advice on how to keep anything that returns at bay. Would highly recommend and I also found the price very reasonable.

Top quality service from Kieran at KO Pest Control. I sent an email late at night after hearing rats in my loft. Kieran followed it up the next morning with a phone call and got me booked in straight away. Communication was straightforward and transparent. All visits were professional, and I felt at ease with how Kieran explained everything and that he knew his stuff. Kieran has been nothing short of amazing with his treatment on my house. My dog has been suffering with flea’s for what feels like a lifetime. After wasting money on DIY remedies I thought I would never get rid of the problem. However, after two visits I have not seen one flea since. It has absolutely lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Not only that my dog now feels relief and has a much better quality of life. It was worth its weight in gold and wish I had gone to Kieran sooner. Superb service from Adam! Managed to get out to see me within 5 hours of my call to him. Fully explained what he had done and what to expect and stressed he'd come out and respray the wasps nest if the initial treatment hadn't fully taken care of it. Adam was simply great! He came out quickly due to a suspected bed bug issue and quickly diagnosed that it wasn't actually bed bugs but some other problem. Others may have made customers go ahead with an expensive yet unnecessary treatment, but Adam was honest and we respect and appreciate that.

Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. So I was very happy to have Paul treat the house properly and to have things explained to ensure this treatment works! Would highly recommend to anyone, very professional and knowledgeable.

We recently experienced a rat infestation in our home due to the cold weather and were extremely stressed. We contacted Paul, and he was incredibly responsive. I highly recommend Jonathan , Three Counties. We found a clothes moth issues & contacted him. His initial visit (free) was very informative , no pressure to book anything, and upfront on costs. When he did come to do the treatment, very clear Instructions on what he was doing and how long to vacate house. Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice.
