Cam was recommended to us by a family friend and we have used his key replacement service twice. We have been very happy with the service provided as he has been extremely helpful & very professional whenever he has come out to do key replacements. Both times Cam has either come out the same day or the following day. He is very reliable & we would recommend him to everyone!

Called CDS at 8pm and he picked up immediately! Gave him a run down of a problem i was having with my vehicle, where the car wouldnt switch on as the key and the immobiliser had an issue. Was given a quote at a very reasonable price! He came to my house within an hour, diagnosed the issue and provided me with a fresh key, as well as fixing my old key. Very happy with his work and he was both prompt and friendly. Cant recommend CDS enough!

It was really quick service done this job on sunday he came all the way from solihull to kings heath it wasn’t easy job because lock button was not working at all . Called Osman after our front door was damaged during an attempted break in . He removed the damaged lock which allowed us to use the door again. After messing up the fitting of the new lock had to call Osman again to fit a new lock which was done quickly and professionally and at a very competitive price, I have no hesitation in recommending Birmingham secure locksmiths and will be calling them in future should I need them . Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

At the start it was very hard to get through to them, and not much response or communication in terms of confirming the booking or the timing, but once the guy did arrive the job was done within 10 mins at a reasonable price. Will recommend.
