Great service! Easy telephone conversation, then I WhatsApped photos over as requested, Richard was at my home within half an hour and sorted the issue with my door in less than 20 minutes (needed a new eurocyclinder). Very friendly and didn’t charge me for a full lock change as he noticed straight away it wasn’t the full mechanism that was causing a problem. Highly recommend!

Richard attended to replace our front door locking mechanism gearbox as we had trouble locking and unlocking the door intermittently. Richard was extremely explanatory, polite, thorough in his approach to his work, friendly and did a fantastic job. Really isn't much more I can ask from someone. Top job and would highly recommend.

Very quick and professional service today to change my front door barrel. They even advised me that changing one of my locks would actually be a security downgrade, so rather than change it for no reason, to receive the full quote from me they were happy to leave it as is and their visit wound up costing me less. I appreciate the honesty. I would definitely recommend these guys.
