Brilliant service. Emergency call out for a busted key which my door lock had decided to swallow! Drummond’s had an engineer with me within 20 mins of my tale of woe. He was able to retrieve the buried broken piece, checked both my spare keys and the lock itself to make sure I hadn’t damaged the lock itself in the process. He had things sorted very quickly on arrival and I was no longer locked out! Would definitely recommend Drummond Security to others.

Such patient and understanding service at Drummond today. Elderly parents had locked themselves out and were very anxious of course. No hesitation to give timely help and still wonderfully courteous and free with advice when we luckily resolved the issue prior to their arrival. Had extra keys cut on the spot in store and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. No call out fee is ever added on with these guys, just a rate change for weekends as you'd expect. So lucky to have them near by.

Absolutely brilliant service from Drummond Security! We stupidly bought an Alfa Romeo without a spare key and was quoted in excess of £300 by the main dealer. Drummond quoted and supplied a new coded key, at our home, in under 2 days, for less than half!! Extremely professional and friendly service, with great communication throughout the process. Very knowledgeable of their profession and I cannot recommend highly enough!
