Given 5 stars because that is exactly what they are! Absolute stars! I don’t know how or why it happened but I locked my keys in my car after strapping in my 3 year old. He’s non verbal and unable to understand or follow instructions. He was also strapped into car seat. He couldn’t get out to unlock the door as I tried to get him to do. He simply didn’t understand and became quite distressed. These guys were the second on the list to call at the time. The previous auto locksmith didn’t answer. They took the location and was there within 10 minutes. Took around 5 mins to actually get into my car and get me to my very upset boy. They worked so quickly. Tried to calm my boy too and made my anxiety settle as soon as they showed up. I’m a nervous mummy on the best days. I get so worried and panicky over things like this. There was absolutely no hesitation in them at all from the moment they answered the phone. They were there and on the job in literally 10 mins. My key fob was completely snapped. Luckily the snap hadn’t gone through the chip and whilst the key could not be replaced at the time it was secured so that I could use for the time being until a replacement was available. I couldn’t have asked for more it was definitely the highest level of service by far. What an absolute treat. Thank you

Highly recommend Arc Locksmiths! Had an issue with my key fob and couldn’t get it working. Called Arc and two friendly helpful guys came out within a couple of hours and had both fobs sorted quickly. Thanks for the extra info re the keyless start!

Had some issues today with my ignition barrel today on my ford, I was recommended to see these guys by my mobile mechanic who arranged me to visit them. I was greeted by friendly faces and the offer of a cuppa, they removed the barrel which they stripped and rebuilt which I was able to watch and interesting to see. They then cut and programed to new keys as the were worn and the batteries were dead. These guys are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough, really glad I found these guys, call with confidence

This company are worth every one of the 5 stars given! Long story but I’ve spent months trying to fix my son’s first car that wouldn’t start. Several attempts with different companies later and I was recommended to Arc and they were my last ditch attempt to fix the issue before scrapping the car. They were trust worthy and knowledgable in every interaction I had with them and yes you guessed it, they fixed it! Would recommend them to anyone needing an auto locksmith in a heart beat! Thank you, thank you, thank you I have one very happy 17 year old!
