Our garden was badly in need of a makeover. A sloping and uneven lawn, overgrown shrubs, ugly fencing, lack of privacy and impractical patio were some of issues we wanted to address. At our first meeting with Shaun and Callum they took time to really understand our issues and what we wanted to achieve. Unsurprisingly, the design they produced delivered almost exactly what we were looking for and we had no hesitation in engaging them to carry out the work. Sadly, Shaun passed away before the work started and apart from being very upset at his loss we were concerned about the impact this would have on the project. However, Callum calmly reassured us that he and Kieran (his assistant) would be able to complete the work. We decided to go ahead and in just over a month they removed overgrown shrubs, scraped the existing lawn, levelled the ground and laid a new lawn, built a block retaining wall and a raised border edged with sleepers. They also built steps and a sleeper wall and relaid a gravel path. They also moved shrubs around and planted the borders with new trees and shrubs to provide privacy and colour throughout the seasons. During the build we found them to be hardworking, reliable, collaborative, imaginative and personable. They also demostrated their flexibility by allowing our builder to lay our new patio before they had finished their part of the project. We are delighted with our new garden and highly recommend Callum and Kieran for similar garden projects.

From the moment I met Shaun it was obvious his passion was garden design. I explained what I would like from my mud pit, weed filled garden and Shaun got to work with a design. He totally took on board what I wanted and came back with a design that ticked all the boxes and the finished garden is a space that we can all enjoy now! The quality, workmanship and attention to detail from Shaun & Calum is outstanding, going over and above to make the space the best it could possibly be for us. Shaun worked on a large garden project for us and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included a large dig-out, building new sleeper walls, installing decking, laying a porcelain tile patio, building new steps and a path, prepping and laying artificial grass, moving a garden shed, planting and much more. We had a blank canvas to start with and a strong idea of what we wanted to achieve. We were not only looking for a cost effective way to get the job done but also looking someone we could work through our ideas with to create a space that was sleek, modern and great for entertaining. We shopped around and got quotes from several landscapers. Shaun’s quote was the best value and his costs were transparent - he kindly itemised the costs for me as well so I knew it wasn’t just a figure pulled out of thin air like some garden quotes can be. Cost aside, what we really liked about Shaun after first meeting him was his upfront, honest and passionate approach to his work which you can see straight away. Shaun was fantastic to work with from day one. He kept us informed every step of the way and his daily updates meant we were always comfortable and reassured with each stage of the work. He understood our brief and was focused on making sure every detail was to our liking. Shaun clearly isn’t just a landscaper and has a real passion for gardens. His knowledge and experience in garden design and planting was especially helpful in helping us decide on a whole range of details during our project. You can tell that Shaun really believes in the importance of outdoor spaces and we had numerous conversations during the project about layout, storage, heating options, materials, lighting, planting, the list goes on! Shaun isn’t the type to rush through things so he can move onto the next job - His willingness and energy to push to make our space the best it could be was there right upto the final day of work. The finished garden is everything we hoped for and more. It’s a complete transformation of the space that has wowed and shocked our family and friends! It’s hard to explain or convey with photos the feel of the completed space. It has a balance and a continuity of materials, textures and themes that give it a real sense of atmosphere and mood - particularly at dusk. It’s a place that we always want to spend time in and feel very lucky to call our own. Thank you Shaun for all your hard work.

Ben, Andrew and the 2 Matts were an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided a very friendly and welcoming service to someone with little to no knowledge of landscaping processes. Ours was a small but messy and unkempt garden and it has been transformed by the work Landscape Creations have done. Ben was really flexible offering suggestions of how to reduce the initial quote costs to bring it to within our budget. And Matt x 2 and Andrew were happy to be flexible and make minor adjustments as the project progressed. Really happy with how the garden now looks and the quality of the work will mean it continues to look great for years to come.

Thanks so much to Ben and his wonderful team for my fabulous new decking - from Andrew who went through the initial design to Dave, Cory and Patryk who completed the installation. The workmanship is outstanding. Everyone was so helpful and the lads made a fantastic job of the entire project including dealing with a land drainage issue going back over 20 years to when the house was first built! A nicer, more professional bunch of people you couldn’t hope to meet. Highly recommended. Would go even further - don’t pick anyone else.

Landscape Creations have just completed a large renovation project of our large rear garden. The work involved a total redesign which included the preparation and laying of approximately 375 square metres of turf, creating beds containing a mixture of trees, shrubs and a variety of plants. The work also involved the construction of paths and patio steps Ben and his team are very professional, delightful to work with and provide an excellent level of service. As well as the expertese provided by Ben. special thanks go to Cory, Dave and Pat who were meticulous in all aspects of the work As such we would highly recommend them for any similar work, regardless of the size of the project

My mum has just had her garden done and this is her feedback.... A job very well done by Graham and his team. We just had our back garden transformed, with new bespoke tiles and some beautiful looking steps, spaced out safely to avoid falling and made larger than before to give more depth to the overall look, which is stunning and will be so much easier for us to maintain. I would just like to say a massive thank you to Graham for taking my garden work on. From start to finish the lads have being awesome and I'm quite picky with tradesmen but have to say that Tom and Shaun have been brilliant and do work thier socks off and the finish product is awesome. I've had my front lawn taken up, cultivated and returfed and the back garden fence has been pulled down and a new one put up. The lads were punctual, reliable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall if I need anymore work doing then these are my go to indeed and will be recommending them to others

Graham and his team were excellent. Friendly, hard-working and a great price. The lads turned up early every day and did a fantastic job. Turned our derelict garden into a gorgeous patio and level grass area within a couple of weeks, around 140sqm. Their ideas on how to solve tricky challenges with differing heights and awkward corners were well thought out and their attention to detail was outstanding, they really care about what they do. Our lawn had deteriorated to the point where a whole new lawn would be required. We reviewed all the options and were impressed by the K9 website. After completing an on line notification we had a visit and quote within 24 hours. Everything was explained in great detail and decided to go ahead and the lawn was installed this week. The whole process from requesting a quote, agreeing a price, explaining the process, preparing the ground and installing the grass was superb. The finance team ensured all financial and guarantee matters were handled expertly. The installation team arrived on time each day and left a clean site every night. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of the job was excellent. Cost was as we expected for a top of the range product, layers of preparation materials and a superb finish. really happy with the astro turf, from quote to install it all went smoothly and all questions were answered along the way, everyone involved did a great job and even though we don't have dogs we went for the mk2 K9 turf (with the white backing) for it's drainage and light qualities as this one seemed to reflect light less when looking down the pile when the sun was out giving a more natural look in my opinion. On install day the installers got let down by the hardcore delivery company so they had to go get it themselves to keep the job on track which put them behind slightly but they kept everything moving which was great. That day was particularly hot in our South facing garden so it was a hard day's work for them so a big thankyou for that too. I'm really pleased the grass seems to spring back into it's position and not stay flat as some seem to do. All in all we're really happy with the company and the product and can really recommend them to anyone

They did such a good job for my old girl (mum) at a reasonable price. I was worried about her being ripped off or them not turning up, like some other companies we've used in the past. I need not of worried as they were brilliant. Front/back garden, weeded, hedges trimmed, plants pruned, garden swept, they even swept the outside cellar steps for her. I will definitely be using again & would recommend to others.

I found West County Landscapes 7 years ago - I was thrilled - up to that point I had only found garden maintenance firms that let me down - regularly not turning up due to issues with weather or short staff - and often seeming to lack the level of professional expertise and knowledge I expected. I don’t know how West County Landscapes manage to do perfectly what other firms struggle to do - but they are brilliant. My initial arrangement was a fortnightly maintenance contract - they never missed a visit - whatever the weather - they were there - very impressive. Over the years I have been so glad I found them - their work ethic, their level of knowledge and expertise - and the standard of their work is consistent and really high. It is just wonderful to know my garden is in good hands and that I can completely rely on them. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I am a complete fan!
