Just had our our lawn done and can't say enough about the quality of the job and the team from start to finish. Even though we had a hard frost and the machinery wouldn't remove the turf the guys started with spades. Normally they would have been completed in a day but due to the frost it took an extra day. The team left every thing neat and tidy and we are so happy with the result. The dogs have been running around in a mud bath recently but this has allowed them run about without having to be washed down every time. The job was a great price and very competitive, we paid less than my sister in law who was quoted from another company and her garden is a quarter of the size. If you have a dog I would really recommend this company

Not a single fault. Team great, service fantastic and dog loves it. Overal great company and installation. Everyone was friendly and no pushy sales tactics... I started my search looking for a grass that would be good for my dog and baby which was also low maintenance for me. I searched for weeks looking at all artificial grass options in the UK. I wanted to know how each supplier installed and get samples and specifications of grasses, so i could compare fully and ensure I get the best value for money with good quality install and materials. Quotes ranged from £3.5 - £11k for approx 58m² with simple layout. I also read all reviews to help make my decision and decided K9 was the perfect fit for me - Costing was very affordable on lower end of quote scale and had great materials. (No cheap sand install) The team at K9 were great from start to finish Rebecca and Aimee answered all my questions which being thorough was quite a few, booked my quotation and they also sorted all my paperwork when I wanted to proceed. They were always friendly, honest and professional even on timings of how long install date would be ect. Sales team then contacted me after a couple of weeks and booked my install date a few weeks later so the countdown begain... Install day, Ben's team of 3 turned up bright and early having travelled from Yorkshire to Essex the night before. They started their work and worked tirelessly until the job was done, Ben had a materials issue to resolve not that I would have known as he got straight on to the issue, made a solution and resolved without causing any delay or stress for myself. The install was complete exactly how I expected as per the video demonstration and quotation. The K9 grass installation looks a nice colour (not to fake) and feels nice under foot and has a great warranty against my chewing/digging dog. The team left my house and garden clean/tidy and with great looking garden all in a day which we will now enjoy all year round. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and I will also do a follow-up review after it's been installed a while to let you know longevity and maintenance. Had the K9 grass installed. The grass is fantastic and the lads installing it did a brilliant job, really neat and tidy on the edges. We did have to wait a long time for delivery but well worth the wait, am very happy with it.

Alison has done a great job for us. We moved in to a new home with a expanse of grass from fence to fence and being non-gardeners didn't have a clue what to do. On her first visit we gave Alison a long list of things we like or things we've seen in country gardens and expected she would use a couple of the suggestions, but no, she managed to incorporate every single one! Over the following 12 months Alison has been there to advise on layout, choosing and sourcing the plants and helping with the planting, with the end result being a spectacular garden. In fact, her imaginative layout is almost like having three different gardens depending on where you are sitting.

We asked Alison to help us re-design an area of our long established garden. She was meticulous in her measuring and note taking. A few weeks later we received her idea for our new patio/pergola. We were very excited to see what she had envisioned for us and we were not disappointed. Shaun worked on a large garden project for us and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included a large dig-out, building new sleeper walls, installing decking, laying a porcelain tile patio, building new steps and a path, prepping and laying artificial grass, moving a garden shed, planting and much more. We had a blank canvas to start with and a strong idea of what we wanted to achieve. We were not only looking for a cost effective way to get the job done but also looking someone we could work through our ideas with to create a space that was sleek, modern and great for entertaining. We shopped around and got quotes from several landscapers. Shaun’s quote was the best value and his costs were transparent - he kindly itemised the costs for me as well so I knew it wasn’t just a figure pulled out of thin air like some garden quotes can be. Cost aside, what we really liked about Shaun after first meeting him was his upfront, honest and passionate approach to his work which you can see straight away. Shaun was fantastic to work with from day one. He kept us informed every step of the way and his daily updates meant we were always comfortable and reassured with each stage of the work. He understood our brief and was focused on making sure every detail was to our liking. Shaun clearly isn’t just a landscaper and has a real passion for gardens. His knowledge and experience in garden design and planting was especially helpful in helping us decide on a whole range of details during our project. You can tell that Shaun really believes in the importance of outdoor spaces and we had numerous conversations during the project about layout, storage, heating options, materials, lighting, planting, the list goes on! Shaun isn’t the type to rush through things so he can move onto the next job - His willingness and energy to push to make our space the best it could be was there right upto the final day of work. The finished garden is everything we hoped for and more. It’s a complete transformation of the space that has wowed and shocked our family and friends! It’s hard to explain or convey with photos the feel of the completed space. It has a balance and a continuity of materials, textures and themes that give it a real sense of atmosphere and mood - particularly at dusk. Callum and Kieran delivered exactly what we were wanting in our garden remodel. Both worked with us to come up with practical and aesthetic ideas for our previously rundown garden. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and we’ve never dealt with more polite young men. As well as keeping us informed at every stage of the process, they were always keen to ask how each element of the garden would best suit our needs, whilst remaining realistic in what would both look and work best for our space. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we couldn’t be happier with our new garden, just in time for Summer!

Our garden was badly in need of a makeover. A sloping and uneven lawn, overgrown shrubs, ugly fencing, lack of privacy and impractical patio were some of issues we wanted to address. At our first meeting with Shaun and Callum they took time to really understand our issues and what we wanted to achieve. Unsurprisingly, the design they produced delivered almost exactly what we were looking for and we had no hesitation in engaging them to carry out the work. Sadly, Shaun passed away before the work started and apart from being very upset at his loss we were concerned about the impact this would have on the project. However, Callum calmly reassured us that he and Kieran (his assistant) would be able to complete the work. We decided to go ahead and in just over a month they removed overgrown shrubs, scraped the existing lawn, levelled the ground and laid a new lawn, built a block retaining wall and a raised border edged with sleepers. They also built steps and a sleeper wall and relaid a gravel path. They also moved shrubs around and planted the borders with new trees and shrubs to provide privacy and colour throughout the seasons. During the build we found them to be hardworking, reliable, collaborative, imaginative and personable. They also demostrated their flexibility by allowing our builder to lay our new patio before they had finished their part of the project. We are delighted with our new garden and highly recommend Callum and Kieran for similar garden projects.

From the moment I met Shaun it was obvious his passion was garden design. I explained what I would like from my mud pit, weed filled garden and Shaun got to work with a design. He totally took on board what I wanted and came back with a design that ticked all the boxes and the finished garden is a space that we can all enjoy now! The quality, workmanship and attention to detail from Shaun & Calum is outstanding, going over and above to make the space the best it could possibly be for us. Kyle and his staff have provided excellent service on a number of occasions. He originally trimmed back a number of trees a couple of years ago. A few months ago, he visited and suggested that my driveway could do with a tarmac re-surfacing. I think it was on one of our hottest days but he and his staff soldiered on. He also noticed that part of my front garden wall needed some cleaning and re-pointing and carried out the work on 27 Sep 21. As usual, an excellent and professional job carried out efficiently by Kyle and his staff.!!! He kept me well informed of all aspects of the work he was doing. Landscape Creations have just completed a large renovation project of our large rear garden. The work involved a total redesign which included the preparation and laying of approximately 375 square metres of turf, creating beds containing a mixture of trees, shrubs and a variety of plants. The work also involved the construction of paths and patio steps Ben and his team are very professional, delightful to work with and provide an excellent level of service. As well as the expertese provided by Ben. special thanks go to Cory, Dave and Pat who were meticulous in all aspects of the work As such we would highly recommend them for any similar work, regardless of the size of the project

The workmanship is outstanding. Everyone was so helpful and the lads made a fantastic job of the entire project including dealing with a land drainage issue going back over 20 years to when the house was first built! I can not praise Dean enough, he has recently helped me out clearing out a very overgrown area and would not accept any payment for it. The quality of the work that he provides is always first class. We asked Rob to maintain the garden at our parent's house until sold after they passed. Rob quoted turned up when he said and did a first class job returning as and when required.
