Lee and the team were professional from start to finish. They delivered the job to the timescale promised and to a great quality. The team were very tidy and left the site clean and organised at the end of each day even when they were digging out a substantial amount of earth. It’s clear they are masters of their craft. Absolutely fantastic service. We bought a new build property and didn't take out any services to have the back garden completed. Lee's team completed a large Indian stone patio area that went down both sides of the house, built up our garden, turfed and retained. Absolutely fantastic work, very professional and most importantly compared to other services that we had quote, was reliable, did what they said they was going to when they said they was going to do it. A big thank you to Lee and his team, Dave, Callum, Ben and Jordan for doing a wonderful job of landscaping my back garden. It was a major job involving building a new wall, patio area, lawn area, installing a new drive way and installing new fencing. They also built a new drive way in the front of the house. Had the pleasure of LT Landscapes for a month, they have completely transformed the whole of our property. BEN,DAVE,CALLUM and JORDAN have worked hard digging out around 100 ton of soil to the front and rear of the house to prepare for the work to begin. We now have a lovely Indian stone patio to the rear elevation and a massive tarmac drive to the front with graveled feature areas for potted plants. The job was finished off with new fencing to our boundary. LEE, you have a brilliant dedicated team. Thanks to you all.

Ben took a messy and multi level garden and turned it into a two level amazing space. Mark and his team, Ben and Charlie transformed my overgrown and untidy garden in to a beautiful and relaxing garden. My wife, Heather was the gardener with the green fingers in our household but unfortunately she had a stroke in July 2023 and we lost her in August. The garden had been left unattended and neglected. I needed an easy to maintain garden. I discussed my requirements with Mark and he came up with the plan of my new garden. We contacted Mark to get some ideas for our garden, which needed a total revamp. We had a couple of ideas of our own, but also wanted some additional ideas from an expert! Mark came up with a plan which included things we hadn't thought of ourselves, and also offered lots of advice about what would work best in practice. His team were excellent when they were onsite cracking on without any inconvenience to us. We love our new garden - as well as the actual design and build, Mark offered loads of ideas about plants which would look great and also lighting. Our garden also looks a lot larger too as the plan was designed to maximise size. We would recommend Mark to anyone thinking of getting their garden landscaped.

We had quite a large project with our front garden being on a slope. Mark came and we discussed the options and what could be achieved, Mark then went away did drawings and costed the project. When we gave the go ahead Mark gave us a date to start. The lads arrived prompt on that date and have been a credit to Mark the project took around 12 weeks and all the team are friendly and hard working we had no hidden extras the price Mark quoted never changed other than a couple of things we added as we went along (glass balustrade). After a season of neglect my garden was overgrown & desperately in need of attention. Ben replied promptly, they arrived at the arranged time as well. Job was carried out to a high standard. A job that would have taken me days, was completed in a few hours. Pruning, few feet of the hedge, a boundary of trees all cut back, weeding, edges reformed & tidying. All waste taken away. FirstLight Landscaping are a good company to work with when you're looking for a competent landscaping company that can project manage really well. We were looking to refresh the garden, as how we use the space is functionally different than the previous owners of our home. With FLL's designs (via Neal), we were able to discuss and alter them as often as we needed. When we eventually got to the work actually beginning (on Liam's side), their team were really flexible, and allowed us to add or change things in the design when we realised other needs for the space. Also, Ian and Rich, who worked on-site for the duration of the project, were lovely people who did great work, and knew a lot from their own experience, that helped inform when there were potentially better design choices. Overall, FLL are a trustworthy company, and I'd be happy to use their services again if the chance came up.

We had an absolutely brilliant experience working with the FirstLight team. After being disappointed by several companies Neal really took on board what we wanted. The team (headed up by Dave) were informative throughout, even keeping me up to date while I was away on holiday. Incredibly clean and tidy at the end of each working day. FirstlightLandscaping first built our raised decking 14 years ago so when it needed replacing we didn’t hestitate to contact them again. The FirstLight team were great from start to finish. We wanted a patio doing after having some work done on the house - Neal was really helpful with ideas, designs and advising on ways to keep to budget. All of the team were extremely professional and friendly. Most importantly we’ve been really impressed with the quality of their work. It has been finished to a really high standard. They kept the site as tidy as possible. We were also away on holiday for some of the work and the team kept us updated with pictures and were always available to chat to if needed. We had James and Murphy in for two weeks (with Liam supervising) putting in some raised decking in the back garden. They were extremely considerate of us and our neighbours at all times, and kept us fully informed about the progress of the work, even when we didn't ask. Our garden has restricted access so some of the aspects of deliveries were complicated but this was handled seamlessly. Their quality of work is very good and they involved us when decisions needed to be made, giving advice but leaving it ultimately up to us. They left the space incredibly tidy when they left, and it looks like we have a completely new garden! They were one of the best contractor teams we've had working on the house.

We found PGS online & rang to ask if it was possible to cut our very overgrown lawn & do some other gardening work. We have just moved to a bungalow & unfortunately the completion took longer than we expectd, hence the lawn was exremely long & too difficult for us to deal with. Saif, from PGS, came to see us & said he would come within the week to cut the grass & then see what was required to be done later. As it rained every day for the following week he was unable to come, but true to his word he arrived yeserday & strimmed, raked,, strimmed & raked again & then mowed the lawn. He said he would leave us with a striped lawn but my husband didn't believe him, but a striped lawn is what we've got! It looks wonderful. We cannot recommend Saif highly enough. He is a very hard working, friendly & polite young man & we shall certainly be having him again very soon to carry out planting, etc.

Massively impressed. Saif came out to take a look at the space (new build garden, so full of rocks and rubbish, whilst being entirely uneven) and to show me some options/ideas. He took measurements and gave me a quote the same day. The work was efficient, the entire team were extremely professional, and best of all, the garden is exactly what I was looking for! Even after the job has been done, they're coming back to do the first cut of the turf to make sure that it has properly bedded in. When we do the front garden in a couple of years, I'll definitely be contacting PGS again.
