Jack arrived at my house to fit an EV Zappi charger, all paid for by my company and I couldn't be there, my husband was there and as a tradesman himself couldn't praise Jack enough 'lovely, chatty, young lad, knew what he was doing' as i couldn't be there he came when I could and explained the ev and charger to me. I agree with my husband, what an amazing young man, professional and Informative, if I had to recommend I definitely would.

Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️

I had a problem with my solar panels which I inherited from a previous owner. The pay in tariff was less each year so Jack from Coastal Energy came and fixed the problem by installing and enphase system.. He as such a nice person and talked me through each step of his work. The result was only 3 panels were working and now all 16 are. Awesome service.

Dave has been brilliant. We recently moved into a flat and got three quotes for rewiring. Dave was by far the most reasonable and also offered a more comprehensive service than the other electricians. He has been extremely flexible, full of great suggestions, is very safety conscious and has a lovely team.

Second time we have used this company and its always the same level of service, he came out on new years eve and saved was done in the first hour finding and fixing the issue. TT Electrical conducted domestic work for me to a high standard and gave me important safety advice around my current set up. They were able to fit a PIV and cooker extractor fan as well as multiple sockets without any issues. Ty and his colleague were professional and very knowledgeable.
