Fabulous electricians - great problem solvers and their work is first rate. Usually inviting tradesmen into the home is a stressful and traumatic experience. Amy and her team are just the opposite. They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs. They’re really respectful and careful of your home—shoes off, no touching of freshly painted walls, tidied up after themselves, vacuumed etc. They really know their stuff, I’ll be recommending to anyone who asks if I know an electrician!

Why has it taken so long to find someone decent, reliable, honest and competitive. Had a major electrical outage in the office. Called 3 local electricians all gave the normal talk. Hmmm, oh dear, this is not gonna be easy and will be expensive. All 3 gave rough estimate of works, price and length of time. Mr Das turned up within the hour, completed his diagnosis and quoted a reasonable price, about a few hundred less. Main job was, he got the power back on safely almost immeadiately and then returned over the weekend to complete the works. Payment upon invoice.. will definitely be keeping this chaps number for all electrical problems, home/work.

I have used Mr Das for both domestic and commercial electrical jobs from new consumer units to fault finding to electrical testing. He is honest and does a great job. I would 100% recommend him to give fair quote and do the work to the highest professional standards. I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful. Lloyd is probably the most professional, empathetic and thorough tradesman I have ever dealt with. His work and that of his team is consistently first class (I have used the company of a few occasions), his availability is extremely reasonable and he is always available to talk to on the phone. In addition, when my tenants had no power, he was on the phone sending videos and instructions to them at midnight and they were able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Bravo, what a sensational business you run. I give at least 6 stars for Lloyd Hallowell Electrics!

From my first interaction, Lloyd and his team have been responsive and helpful. They were able to take on my job of replacing a kitchen strip light really quickly and offered a competitive rate for the repair. Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.

Steve replaced the broken 20-year-old MEV unit in the flat we just moved in with another model. He was very punctual when showing up to the appointment, did an excellent job with the installation, and troubleshooted several issues that came up, communicating with me in the process. Really pleased with the service from Steve! We had a new oven to fit which needed a new and a handful of other small jobs. Steve was very communicative to book in the job, with super quick responses to my emails. He arrived on time and worked quickly, checking with me when he needed to and talking me through what he was doing. He finished the job to a high standard, tidying up after himself and working round our cleaner who we forgot was coming! And top it off, very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be looking for Steve to come back for further electrical work when we need to do it!

Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.
