Three years ago my teeth were not in good shape, that is before I started seeing John Alton as my dentist. He has transformed them and now I am really proud to smile and no-longer ashamed of them.

Dr. John was so kind and patient when explaining the surgery steps to my son. He really took the time to make sure my son felt comfortable and calm. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. We truly appreciate the care and warmth from everyone.

From start to finish my experience was fantastic! Dr Vishal Patel was so friendly and great at explaining the whole process start to finish, including aftercare. I was apprehensive, as most people are going to the Dentist, and it had been a while since I had last been. I was also aware of potentially 2 teeth that I would have to have removed and explained this to him. He was re-assuring, careful and professional in removing my tooth and explained any questions I had in detail, making it easy to understand all options and steps. I have had mixed experiences previously dentistry wise with informal and cold, unhelpful dentists and this was the complete opposite and will 100% be the Dentist I use moving forwards! The receptionist and assistant were both very helpful too for aftercare, booking in and explaining any other questions I had. Thanks very much Dr Patel! And for an experience that naturally shouldn't be enjoyable actually turned out to be!

I am a nerve's patient , but the clinician Hana was just nice and made me at ease. Did a Good job and very constructive advice. My next visit will be in few months and will recommend Hatfield Iconic smiles to anyone seeking help. Dr Bogdan also was a very talented Dentist who worked on my issue. He made me at ease.
