Have used this Dental Surgery for over 2 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great service from the Dental Hygienist, who is very thorough and explains everything really well. The Dentist Natasha is also very professional and has a reassuring manner, which helps put you at ease.

Today I have completed further treatment, Suggested by Leena , as I wanted to have a filling from years ago to be re done to look cosmetically better than it was. Again Leena has done a first class job. I am so delighted as always with the treatment. Thanks to Leena and all the girls for a first class experience !!

I had to have an emergency appointment as I had damaged a tooth. Not been to the dentist for years as I am terrified. I got a next day appointment with Ricky. He was amazing. Totally put me at ease. I honestly did not feel a thing during treatment. The team are so friendly, helpful and my repaired tooth is perfect. I am going to now have regular check ups. I cannot praise enough the service I received at Hitchin Dental Care. I needed an emergency appointment on a Saturday whilst staying with family near Hitchin. I attend Hitchin Dental Care for specialist care having been referred by my usual dentist. I've been coming for a good few years now and am always impressed with the expertise of the Doctors and specialists that have treated me here. I appreciate the amazing staff who look after bookings and payments, they're always friendly and so efficient, there's always a warm welcome. I also appreciate the calm 'piano bar' vibe while you wait for your appointment. Nobody likes coming for dental treatment, especially when it might be a long surgical procedure, but the staff, environment and expert care makes it the best experience it can be.

I had a Root Canal done yesterday 22.11.22 at Hitchin Dental Centre by Mike Goldsmith. I am petrified beyond belief of the dentist due to bad experiences in the past, but I cannot put into words how relaxed I felt throughout the whole procedure, to the point where I actually think I fell asleep! When you tell people "I've got to have a root canal done" they automatically tell you how painful and uncomfortable it is, but my honest advice is not to be scared in the slightest, because it truly was pain free. If for any reason I need any future work doing that involves a Root Canal there is no doubt in my mind that I would go back to Mike and the team every single time. Thank you Mike and the team for making my experience so positive, and I can officially say... I am no longer scared of the dentist! Danielle Vaughan

Theresa has been our family dentist for years. She is always very understanding and sensitive to any problems. She managed to treat a tooth that other dentists had failed to do. She explains carefully the options available. Her assistant is highly trained and is able to quickly document.

After years of feeling unhappy with the appearance of my teeth, I finally made the decision to undergo treatment. I was placed under the care of Punam, with whom I was able to openly discuss all of my concerns. Together, we decided on a treatment plan that included composite bonding on seven teeth and a ceramic crown on one, following a course of teeth whitening. Throughout the entire process, Punam was exceptional—professional, attentive, and highly skilled. She took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. My request was for a natural-looking result that still reflected the fact that I had undergone cosmetic work, and she delivered precisely that. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and cannot recommend Punam highly enough.

After years of disliking my smile, I decided to go ahead and start my Invisalign journey. I can’t recommend Ash enough, he is so calm, kind and honest which is everything I wanted in a dentist. He checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with my teeth and asked if I wanted to make changes along the way to make my smile perfect. Then we went onto composite bonding which he made look so natural and exactly how I wanted. I can honestly say he is the best dentist I’ve been to. Cranfield staff are all so lovely and professional. I visited the dentist quite a few times during my Invisalign journey and can say every time was a good experience, coming from someone who has always hated the dentist! The team at Bancroft are fantastic. From start to finish I felt really comfortable, even though I get bad anxiety with anything dentistry related. I went for a wisdom tooth removal under sedation and the whole process was so easy. Around 6-7 days after the removal I had a bit more pain and called the clinic, they had me go in within an hour of my phone call to check all was ok. I would definitely recommend, and I can guarantee no one would ever have a bad experience here, as the staff are so attentive and knowledgeable.

Bancroft dentistry Hitchin is an absolutely amazing dentistry. I have always been scared of dentist due to a bad experience as a child. I went to Bancroft in desperation after years of neglect. They made me feel so welcome. They listened to me, taking things careful and checking that I was comfortable throughout proceedures. I felt cared for, valued as a customer and respected. I've been going regularly for a few years now, they know me very well. It's like popping in to see your friends. There prices are very reasonable. Never had any problems getting in touch or booking appointments. I like to smile now, thanks to this great team.

Cannot recommend this dental practice enough. From the friendly always accommodating receptionists (emergency appointments never a problem) to the lovely sho and exceptionally talented harps. From being an exceptionally nervous patient to now trusting harps to having the just do whatever attitude. Really friendly staff with a caring and professional approach. Shohaib the treatment coordinator was really lovely along the way, he ensured I was seen smoothly and explained everything so well. We went to this dentist, and the staff were very polite and friendly, and very understanding of my child who has special needs. The dentist (Rajan) took the time and patience and understood that my child has special needs and made it a pleasant experience for them. We have booked to return here for the follow up visit.

This was my first time visiting No1 High Street Dental since moving to Hitchin, and I didn't really know what to expect. The foundation dentist, Nora, was really lovely. Nora was reassuring, helped make me feel at ease during my treatment (as I suffer with high anxiety), and even provided aftercare advice, which I never got at my last dentist! The reception team are also so lovely and kind. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve only recently started at this dental surgery after quite a few years of not going! My teeth badly needed cleaning due to smoking etc. I suffer with bad dental pain just from cleaning and was quite anxious about going to the hygienist. I needn’t have been though. They were very understanding and patient with me and used a numbing gel before cleaning. Amazing stuff. I wish I had been offered this by my previous dentists years ago then I would have gone more regularly. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I have just completed Invisalign treatment with Brijesh. I could not be happier with the results. He is so knowledgeable and there wasn't anything he couldn't do with the aligners to get my teeth perfectly aligned. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their teeth straightened.
